Document Template Definition editor

The Document Template Definition editor is used to view and update document template definitions. The attributes for the definition are displayed in pages in the editor, identified by tabs in the editor view. Each page contains one or more resource attributes, or properties, arranged in logical groups.

Descriptions of the document template definition attributes are in Table 1. The pages in the Document Template Definition editor are as follows:

Attributes

The Attributes page displays a list of all the attributes (properties) for the resource and the attribute values. The attributes are grouped together in the same way as they appear in CEDA or the CICSPlex® SM WUI.

Overview

The Overview page groups a number of attributes into the following logical sections:
Basic
The Basic section groups together the following attributes:
  • NAME
  • DESCRIPTION
  • CREATETIME
  • CHANGETIME
  • DEFVER
  • TEMPLATENAME
Type
The Type section contains the following attributes:
  • FILE
  • PROGRAM
  • EXITPRGM
  • TDQUEUE
  • TSQUEUE
  • HFSFILE
  • DDNAME
  • MEMBERNAME
Template properties
The Template properties section groups together the following attributes:
  • DOCTYPE
  • APPENDCRLF
User data
The User Data section contains the optional CICSPlex SM data attributes:
  • USERDATA1
  • USERDATA2
  • USERDATA3
