Explanation
The NavigationHelper bean could not be initialized. The NavigationHelper initializes many variables and objects used by the XDIME aggregator runtime. The most common failure is retrieving information from the MCS repository. Consult the Troubleshooting section for more information on how to troubleshoot the status of the MCS repository.
