Unable to process a do not prompt request for Preload Notice {0}, User {1}, Content {2}
Explanation
IBM® Mobile Portal Accelerator was unable to record a preload notice ‘do not prompt’ request for a user. This should never happen unless the URL was tampered with or user has bookmarked a URL with stale request parameters.
