Mobile Struts Standard Blank portlet

The Mobile Struts Standard Blank portlet sample portlet provides developers with a WAR file that works as a template for creating a new Struts XDIME standard portlet application. The purpose of this portlet is to generate an informative message displayed to users when the portlet is deployed.

To create a Struts XDIME standard portlet application you will need to:
  1. Start the Rational® Application Developer (RAD) using the Mobile Struts Standard Blank portlet template.
    Note: You can open either the Web or Portlet perspectives.
  2. Click File > New > Portlet Project.
  3. Enter a new project name.
  4. For type, select Struts XDIME Standard Portlet.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Complete the remaining wizard steps as prompted to create your standard portlet.
