The IBM® Mobile Portal Accelerator aggregator uses the same skin for every view when displaying Portlets.
When a portlet is minimized, the skin does nothing except provide the portlet title and URL to be shown as navigation links.
When a portlet is maximized or configured for normal mode, the skin displays the portlet title and the portlet content.
