As of May 2000, the 752x Emulator for DOS has been renamed as the DCConnect Client - not only to remove some of the confusion that the term 'emulator' leads to but also because the DCConnect Client includes versions that run on Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP PCs as well as Windows CE devices.

Version 2.10b of the DCConnect Client is CLNT210B.EXE***. The download file is a self-extracting executable zip file. It is no longer necessary to provide the -d parameter when running the executable to extract itself; creation of the subdirectories contained within the zip file is now automatic.

DCConnect Client CFR Programmer's Toolkit (for DOS and Windows devices)

Download the latest toolkit package which includes the .H file and .LIB files necessary for building DCConnect Client CFRs for all supported DOS, Windows and Windows CE platforms. Included are .LIB files for the IBM C/2 1.10 compiler, the Borland Turbo C++ 3.0 for DOS compiler, as well as a 32-bit Windows .LIB file for use with the Microsoft Visual C++ version 6.0 compiler and Windows CE .LIB files for use with the Microsoft Embedded Visual Toolkit.

After downloading, use the '-d' option with PKUNZIP to recreate the subdirectories contained in the zip file.

Note: Because 7524 terminals and the DCConnect Client support the same CFR functions, this package is the same as the toolkit package for 7524 terminals.
