Roland Mosimann, Managing Director, BI International

Roland is the Managing Director of BI International, as well as co-author of The Multidimensional Manager and The Multidimensional Organization. Before joining the firm, Roland was a member of the Executive Board of the World Economic Forum in Geneva, Switzerland. Responsible for the financial services and transportation industry sectors, he worked with Chief Executive Officers and cabinet level government officials in North America, Europe, and Asia. Roland has also been a consultant with McKinsey & Company in Zurich, and served in Singapore as Market Executive for Tetra Pak's Asian Sales operations. He holds an M.B.A from the Wharton School, and a B.Sc. (Econ) from the London School of Economics, University of London.
