Using QMF

DELETE command

The DELETE command removes the following:

• An example table from a QBE query
• A COMMENTS box from a QBE query
• A CONDITIONS box from a QBE query
• Error messages on Query panel

To delete one of the above items, follow these steps:

1. Type DELETE on the command line. Do not press Enter yet.
2. Move the cursor to a position anywhere within any of the items that are listed above.
3. Press Enter. QMF deletes the item.

Note:

The keyword D. is different from the DELETE command. See D. -- Delete rows from a table for more information.
