The columns are, by default, displayed in the same order they are in the sample table. (See Q.ORG.) To change the order of the columns displayed, type over the names of the columns in the example table.
The following example reverses the names DIVISION and LOCATION. You reverse the names by typing LOCATION over DIVISION and vice versa.

To display a column more than once, type the name of the column a second time over the name of some unused column. Or, use the Enlarge function key to add a column to the example table. Then, type the name of the column you want to display in the new column. Put P. under the column name. (See ENLARGE command.)
