Using QMF
The rules for writing batch-mode procedures are more restrictive than those
for writing interactive procedures. The restrictions avoid situations
in which user interaction is required. Before discussing these
restrictions, you need to know two new terms:
- The main procedure is the one that is identified on the
ISPSTART command that starts QMF for batch mode.
- A subordinate procedure is one that is called directly from the
main procedure or from another subordinate procedure.
