Use the MESSAGE command from user applications (procedures, programs, EXECs, CLISTs) to pass a message to the QMF message area.

With the MESSAGE command you can:

Display a message from the ISPF library
Assign a help panel for an ISPF message
Generate a QMF-like message
Suppress execution of QMF linear procedures

Display a message defined to ISPF
