Step  4:
In the Product Configuration screen, the customer’s existing in-service profile is displayed. In this case the existing Wireline product details are displayed under the telephone number.

The agent changes the profile by adding products to the profile as per the business rules. Note that Triple Play Bundles are not available on the Move Order Path.

Step 5:
The agent clicks the Next button to go to the Shipping Information screen
