Step 3:
The Customer Information screen appears. The First name and Second name of the customer is in editable format. The service address would appear as it was created when the account was created. This field cannot be edited.

Step 4:
The agent clicks on the Next button. This displays the calendar tool, installation due date, and bandwidth button.

Step 5:
The agent clicks on the Next button to go the Product Configuration screen.
