Step 9: The agent selects the product that the customer has requested for. The details of the product appear on the screen along with the cost.
The selection of products can fire business rules. For example, “Directory Listings” are added as soon as “Access Line” is selected. It cannot be removed separately from Access Line.
Step 10: The agent then clicks the Next button to go the Billing/Shipping screen depending on the product configuration.
