Step 2:
The agent checks with the customer if the house is newly built and enters the details in the Circuit Details section of the screen. The telephone circuit information for the address depends on whether it is newly built home. This information includes the status of the circuit and circuit number.
Step 3:
The agent then clicks the Next button to check for network availability at the specified address.
