Let’s look at each of these order paths. Here is
the first screen in the SimpleOrder interface. The
PEIN /User ID gives the identification for the CSR
or the agent.
Note that agent has the option of choosing from
any of the four order paths. Let’s assume that a
new customer has called and is interested in the
Wireline product. The agent clicks the New button.
