Purpose: |
The purpose of this step is to collect and validate customer information, and to determine the products that are available at the service address of the customer. |

Validation is performed on the service address that is collected or provided to support business rules. The customer’s service address is primarily used to determine availability and eligibility for products and services. |

Process Information: |
- Customer Information is applicable to the New, Change Existing, Move or Modify Order Ppaths.
- Different parts of the service address are used to determine availability of different products. Postal Code, Street Name, City/Municipality, Province and/or Telephone Number are all used in finding a valid address. For example, the postal code determines whether the Satellite service is available.
- Customers moving to a different location must provide the new address to which they will be moving. Validation and qualification for available products will be performed on the new service address.
