Customer Service Representative (CSR)
A customer wishes to place an order with TELCO.
The actor wishes to place an order with TELCO. The SimpleOrderTM system identifies and qualifies the customer. Based on the information available about the customer, the system then prompts the actor for the products and services that are available to the customer. The actor then selects the products and services that the customer requires. Based on the selection, the system may prompt the actor for billing information and shipping addresses, if required.
The actor has access to the application.
On Success: The order is disseminated to the appropriate downstream applications for provisioning.
On Failure: The order is abandoned and not submitted for provisioning.
