- Incorporates the workflow of the order entry process allowing for the tool to present the CSR with only those products and services that the customer is eligible for. This is done by conducting feasibility checks and business rule validations, there by leading to significantly reduced call handling time.
- Uses a natural language interface, which reduces the complexity, and associated errors, that arise from using traditional legacy code-based order entry tools (for example, USOC, FIDs)
- Conducts real-time validations of the order during the order entry process, including conduct of credit checks, validation of service/product availability, and collection of upfront charges for equipment.
- Leads to the elimination of invalid orders flowing downstream that need manual intervention via customer callbacks
