Rational PM’s Work Management capability

RPM provides several ways to develop a WBS and create an initial project schedule through reuse or through custom, one-off schedules:

Adopt templates from the Templates view, including IBM Global Services (GS) Method Models
Import from an existing Microsoft Project file
Build your own WBS
- Drag and drop objects from the WBS Objects toolbar
- Use the Insert key or the “New” or “Quick Create” functions in the Work Management view
