The Rational PM Work Management view

RPM’s Work Management view is the most commonly used view. It is used by project managers to develop the WBS and to create and manage project schedules.

The project schedule is the foundation for communications within RPM and serves the project manager both as the project plan and as the standard framework for all project activities in RPM.
