Mobile workers require a reliable software solution that allows them to access their organization's data locally on a mobile device, modify this data, and synchronize the changes with a database on a remote server in a timely fashion. IBM's DB2 Everyplace solution provides this capability, allowing two-way synchronization of files and data between the enterprise data source and mobile and embedded devices. DB2 Everyplace Sync Server can also manage one-way subscriptions where DB2 Everyplace only inserts data into the data source.
