Draw a closed polygon

The Closed Polygon drawing tool draws a solid colored closed polygon on top of an area of the image. The polygon can be filled with a color or transparent. The following examples show a closed polygon drawn on an image. The first example shows a transparent fill color. The second example shows the line and fill color the same. The third example shows the toolbar and resize controls for the annotation.
