Modify a location

Records administrators and records managers can modify the properties of an existing location. For information about the properties, see Add a location.

To view or modify the properties of a location

  1. Select the Physical tab.
  2. Click Locations: Locations icon
  3. From the list of locations, click the Get Info icon of the one you want to modify.
  4. Modify the appropriate properties, and click Apply.
  5. Click Exit.
