You can configure IBM® Enterprise
Records by
removing existing instances of installed and configured web application
software and Crystal Reports software, and then installing the latest
version of Crystal Reports along with additional Crystal Reports files.
To configure the IBM Enterprise
Records server:
- If the IBM Enterprise
Records web
application was previously installed, deployed, and configured, it
is replaced if you run the Configuration Manager to deploy the web
application using the same application name. If you want to use a
new application name, remove them using the steps listed below:

For JBoss Application Server:- Stop the JBoss Application Server Server.
- Remove the IBM Enterprise
Records application
by removing the RecordsManager.war directory
from JBOSS_HOME/server/default/deploy/.
- Remove the RecordsManager temporary working
directory for IBM Enterprise
Records from JBOSS_HOME/server/default/work/MainEngine/localhost/.

- If you are upgrading from Crystal Reports
11 to Crystal Reports Server 2008 V1, you must delete the previously
installed Crystal Reports JAR files in the ier_install_path/FileNet/RM/RecordsManager/WEB-INF/lib.

is in: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\common\4.0.
- Copy the following Crystal Reports JAR files to the ier_install_path/RecordsManager/WEB-INF/lib directory
on the Application Engine or Workplace XT server. Typically, these
JAR files are in: C:\Program Files\Business Objects\common\4.0\java\lib.
