Which object stores do you plan to create and use? | IBM Enterprise Records object stores can be configured as File Plan Object Stores, Record Object Stores or both. A file plan object store (FPOS) contains the file plan, the entire hierarchy of record management entities that you create, as well as records. The FPOS supports one or more file plans. A record object store (ROS) contains documents that can be declared as records in an FPOS. Make the name meaningful, because this is the name that users see when they browse the object stores: for example, Marketing_FilePlan or Marketing_FPOS. Restriction: Do not use periods in the FPOS name. You cannot
declare a record if a period is included in the object store name.
