Modify an action

Records administrators and records managers can modify properties of an action.

To modify an action

  1. Select the Configure tab.
  2. Click Actions: Actions icon
  3. From the list of available actions, select the Get Info icon of the action you want to modify.
  4. Modify properties as needed.
  5. Click Apply to save the changes made to the properties of the action.
  6. Click Exit to close the page.

When you modify an action, the modifications are reflected automatically in all the associated disposition schedules.
