The Reassign page changes the user who is assigned to complete a specific step of a work item.
Displays the name of the step in the workflow.
Select a domain from the drop-down list.
You can only reassign a work item to a single user. To search for user names, type the beginning characters to search on.
Click Search to display a list of available user names in the selected domain that match the search. Matching names are displayed in the box below. Select the desired name from the list.
Select this option to have the participant you selected complete the work. If you leave this option off, the work item will be routed to the new participant, and then sent back to you for completion after the other person works on the item.
If you select this option, the work item is routed to the new participant, and then sent to the next step after the other person completes the item.
Click Reassign to save your assignment changes.
Click Cancel to discard your changes and exit.
