The second step in defining a workflow subscription is
to select the workflow definition.
To select the workflow for
the subscription:
Click Browse/Search for Workflow Definition to
locate the workflow. The Select Workflow - Select Item page opens.
Use either Browse or Search to
navigate to the desired workflow.
Click Select from Versions below
the description of the desired workflow.
Click Select below the description
of the desired workflow version. If the workflow that you selected
has not yet been transferred to Process Engine, a warning message
is displayed. Click Close to close the message
window. If the workflow that you selected has not yet
been transferred to Process Engine, a warning message is displayed.
Click Close to close the message window.

You can transfer a workflow definition that is saved in PEP
format by clicking Transfer Workflow, or you
can click Browse/Search for Workflow Definition to
select a different workflow. A PEP workflow definition uses the icon
shown.
You cannot transfer a workflow definition that is saved in
XPDL format. You must use Process Designer to transfer an XPDL workflow.
An XPDL workflow definition uses the icon shown.
