Add a predefined date

Only the records administrator can add a predefined date.

To add a predefined date

  1. Select the Configure tab.
  2. Click Predefined Date Triggers: Date Triggers icon
  3. Click Add Predefined Date Event: Add predefined date icon
  4. Enter a name and description for the predefined date.
  5. Select a date to be set as the predefined date.
  6. Click Finish to complete the creation of the predefined date.
  7. Click OK to confirm the addition of a predefined date.
