transaction time-out value for your application server.

maximum transaction timeout as described in the Configure WebSphere Application

Records server,
set the Request timeout value:
- Log on to the WebSphere Application
Server administrative
console.
- Navigate to .
- Set the Request timeout value to 150% of the transaction
timeout value you set for Content Engine.
For example, if your Content Engine Transaction Timeout value is 600,
set the Request Timeout value to 900. There is a difference between Content Engine transaction timeout and IBM Enterprise
Records ORB services transaction
timeout. You need to first set the Content Engine transaction timeout for
all application servers and then change the IBM Enterprise
Records ORB services transaction
timeout only for WebSphere Application
Server.

JBoss Application Server |
- On the Content Engine server,
stop the JBoss Application Server.
- Go to the JBOSS_HOME/server/default/conf/jboss-service.xmldirectory
and open the file for editing.
- Locate the TransactionTimeout attribute tag, and set its value
to at least 600 (seconds). For example:

- Save and close jboss-service.xml.
- Start the JBoss Application Server.
