Print forms
You can print a copy of your form after you generate it as a PDF.
NOTES
- Some fields may allow you to enter multiple lines of data. With this type
of field and with scrolling tables, you can enter more data than can be displayed
on the form. When the form is printed, the page or pages that contain the
overflow data are repeated until all the data has been printed. These extra
pages are called overflow pages and are generated automatically. However,
the form author can select an option called "Allow auto-shrink"
that reduces the size of the type so all the data in a field is displayed
on one page. In this case, there is no overflow page for that field.
- If you add more rows in a table than it can dispaly, the data in the extra
rows is printed on overflow pages.
- If you're filling out a table and you enter more data in a row than the
row can display, the data that's not displayed is not printed
on overflow pages.
- For individual cells, the form author can select an option called "Print
on overflow pages" to ensure that data from the selected cells (such
as a form number) is printed on every overflow page.
