Review of vital records is an ongoing process that occurs in connection with an associated recurring event. The recurring event determines how frequently the vital records should be reviewed. Whenever the recurring review event occurs, the vital records review workflow associated with the event is launched. Vital records due for review display as work items in the reviewer's inbox or in the RecordsManagerApproval public inbox. Selecting a work item displays the Approve step.
For general information about how to complete this workflow, see Use the disposition workflows.
The Review Step page displays the names of affected entities, the name of the reviewer, and the event that triggered the workflow. It provides a place to enter review comments and the current review date, which you can change.
