The Audit Configuration page allows
you to filter the details displayed in the History view of an entity's
properties. Before any details are displayed in the History view,
you must enable auditing using Enterprise Manager.
See Enabling or disabling auditing. Furthermore,
you might need to configure the auditing. For instructions on how
to enable the RMAudit event for the Record class or to enable additional
audit events, See Configuring auditing.
The
Audit Configuration page includes sections
for each
IBM Enterprise
Records entity
(Record Category, Record Folder, Volume, and Record). Each of the
sections contains a list of metadata properties, including name, dates,
actions, and events that you can select for display in the History
view. In addition, the Record section includes properties related
to security classification, such as downgrade/upgrade and declassify
dates/events.
- If you click the Show All Meta Data radio
button, the system displays all of the audited events when you access
an entity's History view.
- If you click the Enable Meta Data Filter radio
button, you can then specify which properties the system displays
when you access an entity's History view.
To specify the properties to be displayed in the History view:

button.
