The History view on the information page provides information
on the history of the events associated with a folder, document, or
custom object. You can select specific events that you want to track,
and you can search for specific events by date, by user, or by the
success or failure of the event. When you first access the history
view, you must set criteria, and then start the history event search
to display the events for an object.
Note: Your system administrator
must enable audit logging for specific classes for the history events
to be tracked. If logging is not enabled or if there are no events
for the object, "History Events are not available" is displayed instead
of the history criteria and results.
- Object type and name

page. If the object is a document, icons identify the object type
and its version status. Document version information is also displayed

open the document.
- History events
- The events for the object are displayed after you set the criteria
and click Search.
- Show / Hide criteria
