Records system
configuration:

Records as
a system administrator, or a user with a Records Manager or Records
Administrator access role.
- Click the Configure tab.
- Click System Configuration to open
the Configuration Items page.
- Enter or select values for these configuration items:

Records embeds
the content of exported records in the Export XML file. A menu for
this field includes "Separate Content from XML," and "Embedded Content

- Default Declassification Timeframe

The default is 25 (years). Only the IBM Enterprise
Records administrator can change
this value. Other users see the value as read-only. When the Default
Declassification Timeframe value is changed, IBM Enterprise
Records applies the new default
value to: All subsequent classified records that a user declares without
specifying the "Declassify On" values. Existing classified records,
where the declarer did not specify a Declassify On value, or where
the declarer specifies a Declassify On Date that is equivalent to
the previous Default Declassification Timeframe value. IBM Enterprise
Records applies the new default
value to these existing classified records after Declassification
Sweep is run. For more information, see Running Declassification Sweep.
- Request Declassification Dates Update
- (Only available for DoD Classified) By default, this field is
