Records Administrators and Records Managers can modify
properties of an action.
To modify an action:
- Select the Configure tab.
- Click Actions:

- From the list of available actions, select the Get
Info icon of the action you want to modify.
- Modify properties as needed.
- Click Apply to save the changes
made to the properties of the action.
- Click Exit to close the page.
When you modify an action, the modifications are reflected
automatically in all the associated disposition schedules.
