Viewing or editing workflow groups

You can add or remove participants in an existing workflow group.

You can add or remove participants in an existing workflow group.

To manage workflow groups:

  1. Select an active step.
  2. On the Step tab, select View by Step.
  3. Select the Workflow Groups tab.
  4. Double-click the name of the workflow group to open the Manage Workflow Groups window.
  5. Make the desired changes.
  6. On the toolbar, click Save All Changes.

The work items you have locked remain locked after you save your changes. When you are done making changes to the work items, you can unlock them, or leave them locked in order to perform other tasks.

Important:
Changes made in Step view affect all of the underlying participant work items in the step.
Tip: When you exit, Process Tracker prompts you to unlock any workflows you have left locked.
