Use this option to define custom web applications and to
specify the server base URL for each web application defined for the
isolated region. You can also specify one of the web applications
as the default that email notifications refer to, and define the launch
and step processor URL templates for each web application.
Important: The properties you set here for a
specific isolated region override the workflow system-wide web application
properties.
The system uses this information to determine:
- The email notification template to use for workflows processed
in the isolated region.
- The location of a custom step processor if it is not deployed
to the current web application. The server base URL is one piece of
the information required to build the location based on the URL templates.
To add a custom web application:
- Select the workflow system you want to modify and click Properties on
the toolbar.
- Click the Web Applications tab.
- Click Add and enter an ID number
in the Web Application field.
The
ID for a custom web application must be a number 100 - 999, inclusive.
- Enter the Server Base URL for your
web application in the following format:
protocol://web_server:port/virtual_directory
