A task is typically managed by a client application such
as IBM® Case Manager. If necessary,
you can use the administration console or Content Engine APIs to promote or demote
a task.
Procedure
To change the state of a task:
- Access the document task in the administration console:
- In the domain navigation pane, click the object store
that contains the document.
- In the object store navigation pane, click Browse and
click the folder that contains the document.
- In the details pane, click the document.
- On the Tasks tab, select the task.
- Click Promote or Demote to
change the state of the selected task. See Task State Machine for more information about task states.
