This section contains a high-level description of Personal
Work Manager.
Following is an illustration of what a Personal Work Manager might
look like for a workflow participant:

The workflow folders in the navigation pane are organized into
the following two categories:
- <your user ID> contains lists of work routed
to you.
- Inbox contains work assigned to you as a participant. Open a work
item to process the work.
- Tracker contains items representing workflows you have been designated
to track. Open a tracker item to display the current state of that
workflow.
- Milestone Tracking displays a list of active workflows you launched
that contain level 1 milestones. Open a work item to display level
1 milestones that have been reached.
- Work Queues hold work items that are assigned to a work
queue rather than to a particular user or group. Work queues generally
hold work items that can be completed by one of a number of users,
all of whom have access to the work queue. Alternatively, work queues
sometimes hold work items that will be completed by an automated process
rather than by a user; in this scenario, usually only the automated
process has access to the queue.
Work items in the selected folder appear in the details pane. Items
in the Inbox or in work queues display in the order they entered the
Inbox or work queue. If you move an item from a work queue to your
Inbox, it appears at the end of the list. Items in Tracker display
in the order they were created. List items in Milestone Tracking appear
in the order the milestones are reached.
You can limit items that display in your Inbox, Tracker queue,
and work queues by applying a filter.
