Task load

The Task Load cube shows the tasks that were in process during certain time periods. It contains the following dimensions and measures.

If a field available to you is not listed in the table below, it is a user-defined data field. Adjusted measures in the Task Load cube are not listed.

A set of time intervals

Tasks that have completed or failed and then restarted are defined as restarted tasks. When tasks are restarted, the values for the measure of the restarted tasks are accumulated for the current in-progress iteration only.

Measure Description
Task load The number of tasks in progress during a specified time period.
Incoming The number of tasks created.
Outgoing The number of tasks completed.
Average wait time (in hours or days) The average number of hours or days that tasks have been in the wait state. A task in a wait state is dependant on another item or task to complete before the task can continue.
Average ready time (in hours or days) The average number of hours or days that tasks have been in the ready state. A task in a ready state is ready to begin; however, the task is waiting for either a process to start it automatically or for user intervention to manually start the task.
Average processing time (in hours or days) The average number of hours or days that tasks have been in process.
Average fail time (in hours or days) The average number of hours or days that tasks have been in the failed state.
Average completion time (in hours or days) The average number of hours or days that tasks have been processing to completion.
