Publish your reports

You can save reports as Excel spreadsheets, making them available to others on a network drive or checked into an object store or library. You can also use the instructions below to publish your reports as interactive or static web pages that users can access through the internet on either your web portal, or on your object store or library.

To publish a report as a web page:

  1. In Microsoft Excel, select File > Save As Web Page.
  2. Do one of the following:
    • For users with Microsoft Excel, check the Add interactivity check box to allow users to interact with the report by filtering and drilling down; they cannot save any changes.
    • For users who do not have Microsoft Excel, clear the Add interactivity check box to create a static web page.
