Average Time Spent in Current Step | The average time work items have spent in their current step and queue. The time is computed from the time the work item entered the step (was "enqueued"). If a work item visits a step more than once, the time spent only accounts for the latest (current) visit. |
Average Time Spent To Complete Work Items At Step | The average amount of time, in minutes, that it took to complete work items at each step during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on user. |
Average Wait Time For Work Items During Time Period | The average time work items have spent waiting (not "locked") in a step and queue over a given time period. |
Number Of Incoming Work Items During Time Period | The number of work items that entered each step during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on queue. |
