Creates a IPageEnumerator that is positioned before the same page as the checkpoint. As with other new IPageEnumerator objects, you must call IPageEnumerator.NextPage() before using the page contents. The resumed IPageEnumerator can fetch pages from the server, as usual, but it uses the IConnection object passed to this method instead of the original IConnection object.
