Some steps in a workflow are assigned to work queues instead of a specific participant. If you have access to a work queue, that queue displays in Personal Work Manager as a folder under Work Queues.
You can search for specific work and change how the work item information displays in the queue.
To open work from a work queue.
When you open work from a work queue, that work item is locked (reserved) for you; other participants with access to that work queue cannot open it.
The step processor displays instructions, data, attachments, response choices, and other resources that you need to complete the work.
