About this task

The Case Monitor project includes the preconfigured workbench and dashboard objects that provide the threshold monitoring functionality and access to Process Tracker. You can view the workflow history and steps of a work item. The link to Process Tracker for each work item can be accessed through a Case Monitor dashboard object.

The following Threshold Monitoring project objects are in the CaseMonitor.jar file and are imported through IBM® Cognos® Real-time Monitoring Workbench. For instructions on importing project files, see Import the IBM FileNet Case Monitor project.
  • Tracker URL Lookup Table is the Case Monitor workbench object that defines the URL base for the Process Tracker.
  • Work Item Idle Time Threshold Detail View is the Case Monitor workbench object that adds the Open Process Tracker column to the view.
  • Work Item with idle time exceeds threshold is the Case Monitor dashboard object that exposes the Process Tracker view column.
  • Task Total Processing Time Threshold Detail View is the workbench object that adds the Open Process Tracker column to the view.
  • Tasks with total processing time exceeds threshold is the dashboard object that exposes the Process Tracker view column.
