Legacy Component Manager required libraries

Use the Required Libraries tab to specify the location of the jar files that contain the class associated with each component queue. Process Task Manager appends the jar file locations to the class path when starting legacy Component Manager.

Note: You must add a required library entry for each component queue that you create. However, you do not need to add a library for the IBM-provided CE_Operations component queue.

To modify the libraries:

  1. Stop legacy Component Manager.
  2. Select the Required Libraries tab.
  3. To add a library, click Add. In the Select Jar File dialog box, browse to find and select the desired jar file.

If you have a Java Message Service (JMS)-based component, see Configuring Component Integrator to determine any additional required libraries.

  4. To delete a library, select the desired entry from the list and click Delete.
  5. To change the order of the libraries, select an entry from the list. Use the Move Up and Move Down arrows to change the order as desired.
  6. Click Apply.
  7. Start legacy Component Manager.
  8. Start each component if necessary.
