Use this option to manually start the job to remove processed events from the Case Analyzer event table.
Case Analyzer collects workflow, configuration, resource, and event data, and stores it in the Case Analyzer store. Case Analyzer then processes the data and stores the results in the fact and dimension tables in the Case Analyzer store. After the data has been processed, it is no longer needed. Over time, the tables consume a significant amount of storage space. Therefore, after a workflow termination event has been processed, data pertaining to that workflow can be pruned from the store. (To avoid any possibility of prematurely pruning events, the most recent events are not pruned.)
Cube processing, pruning events, and pruning an isolated region require exclusive use of the Case Analyzer store, and can degrade Case Analyzer performance. Schedule these actions to run during off-hours.
To prune events:
You can stop the pruning process before it completes. For example, if you manually started the process and it takes longer than expected, you can stop the process and restart it later.
