Show or hide items on the workflow map.
To specify which items to display on the workflow map
Diagram mode display option | Details |

Step names | Display or hide the name assigned to the step in the step properties. See Add a step for more information. |
Route names | Display or hide the name assigned to the route in the route properties. See Create a route between steps for more information. |
Page boundaries | Display or hide lines on the map to indicate how each page will print using the current Page Setup options. You would generally use this option only when you are checking how the map will print. This option is not on the Status bar. |
Annotations | Display or hide annotations and associations on the workflow
map. See Annotation properties for
more information. TIP When text annotations are hidden, you cannot create text annotations on the workflow map. |
Milestone icons | Display or hide a symbol that indicates that a milestone message will be logged when the workflow reaches a particular point. A milestone might be before or after a step. See Workflow properties - milestones for more information. |
Conditional route icons | Display or hide a symbol that indicates a particular response or data expression as a condition on the route. Icons on the map are the Conditional Route icon that indicates a condition for the route, and the AND-Split icon that indicates routing that goes to all true conditions—possibly multiple routes simultaneously. |
Collector step icons | Display or hide a symbol that indicates a collector step (AND-Join) that merges work objects from a previous AND-Split. |
Annotation default color | Specify a default background color for annotation boxes. You can change the color for an annotation box in the Annotation properties. This option is not on the status bar. |
