To map Content Platform Engine properties to the properties of the
documents to be federated from external repositories, define a data map in Content Integrator.
About this task
Ensure that you use the symbolic names of Content Platform Engine
properties in the data map. For example, map the Content Platform Engine
property filename to the external repository property File
Name.
IBM®
FileNet® Content Federation Services for Content
Integrator supports only a subset of the property data types
that are defined by the Content Platform Engine object model. Object and binary property data types
are not supported, but multi-valued properties are supported. The following data types are
supported:
- Boolean
- String
- DateTime
- Float
- Integer
- ID
