You can insert workflow definitions and scenarios into the current workflow collection.
Your IBM® FileNet® license agreement determines the level of functionality that you see in Process Designer. As a consequence, some of the options described here might not be available for your system. See your system administrator for more information.
You can add either a new, empty workflow or scenario definition or an existing workflow or scenario definition into the current workflow collection. The name of each workflow or scenario definition that you insert is displayed as a tab at the top of the work area. You access the one you want to work on by clicking the tab. When you save the workflow collection by using options on the File menu, all workflow and scenario definitions are saved in a single XPDL file.
In the context of Workplace and Workplace XT, you might need access-role membership to insert scenario definitions. For more information, see Access roles for using Process applications (Workplace and Workplace XT).
