You can view and edit the values of an array data field.
Process Tracker uses a pointer in the left-most column
to indicate a field with an array data type. You can expand such a
field to display the values in the array, unless the displayed unexpanded
value is "<various values>." Once you have expanded the field,
click the pointer to change the display.

- When the pointer points to the right, the array values are displayed
on a single line, separated by a semi-colon.
- When the pointer points down, the array values are displayed separately
on multiple lines as shown in the prior illustration.
To edit array data fields, use the Edit Array Fields window:
- Select the work you want to modify.
- Select the Fields tab.
- In an unexpanded array field or in an array field that displays
the value "<various values>," double-click in the Value column
of the field you want to change.
- In the Edit Array Fields window, make
the desired changes.
- Click Save All Changes on the toolbar.
The work items you have locked remain locked after you save your changes.
- When you are done making changes to the work items, you
can unlock them, or leave them locked in order to perform other tasks.
