Use the Terminate Work window to end the processing of a work item.
The Terminate Work command calls the Terminate map defined in or inherited by the workflow. The work item is then processed and ultimately terminated according to the logic of the Terminate map. If you have special processing in the Terminate map, this processing is executed.
As an alternative to Process Tracker, you can delete work by using the administration console. Deleting work removes a work item from the system with no further processing.
If there is only one active work item, terminating or deleting that work item ends the workflow. If there are multiple work items (multiple users processing work), the workflow can continue.
