Content Federation Services for Content Manager OnDemand log files

Various process-related components log messages in log and trace files on the Content Platform Engine server. You can use these files to troubleshoot problems that occur when you install, configure, or use IBM® FileNet® Content Federation Services for Content Manager OnDemand.

There are two folders in the Content Platform Engine installation directory that contain log and trace files:

installation_directory
The path to the directory where Content Platform Engine is installed.
Content_Engine_server
The Content Platform Engine server instance name.

You can also set the following tracing levels on the Content Federation Services for Content Manager OnDemand fixed content device. The default value is 0. Setting the tracing level to something other than zero, generates the arswww.trace log file. This file records the ODWEK communications with the OD server.
