Managing workflow links (eProcess)

Create, edit, or delete links from a workflow definition to a document class or document.

For more information, see Links between documents and workflow definitions.

Notes:
  • You must log on as a member of the Administrator's group on the Content Services library to create, edit, or delete links between a workflow definition and a document or a workflow definition and a document class.
  • Links from a workflow definition to documents or document classes are specific to the workflow definition version. If a workflow definition changes, a new version is created. To use the new version, you must create links from the new version to the document classes and documents; see Manage updates to workflow definitions.
