Administering work items

You can use Process Administrator to search for and view workflows, edit workflow data and properties, and manage workflows.

Process Administrator provides a wide variety of options so you can focus your search precisely.

After you locate one or more workflows or work items, you can use Process Administrator to make various changes to the work in progress, such as:
  • Complete a step and send it on to the next step.
  • Modify workflow field values.
  • Assign users to or remove users from a workflow group.
  • Delete an entire workflow or one or more work items.
To start Process Administrator:

In Administration Console for Content Platform Engine for workflow systems
  1. In the domain navigation pane, expand Object Stores and select an object store.
  2. In the object store navigation pane, click Administrative > Workflow System > Connection Points and select a connection point.
  3. From the connection point tab, click Actions and select Administer Work Items.
In Administration Console for Content Platform Engine for legacy workflow systems
  1. In the domain navigation pane, expand Legacy Workflow Systems > Connection Points and select a connection point.
  2. From the connection point tab, click Actions and select Administer Work Items.
