Create, edit, or delete links from a document to a workflow
definition.
For more information about linking, see Links between documents and workflow definitions.
Notes: - To create, edit, or delete a link between a workflow definition
and a document in the Content Services library,
you must be logged on as a member of the Administrator's group on
the Content Services library.
- To create a link between a workflow definition and another workflow
definition being used as a document, use the procedure in Managing workflow links rather than
the procedure in this topic.
- A link between a document and a workflow definition is specific
to the workflow definition version. If a workflow definition changes,
a new version is created. To use the new version, you must create
a link from the document to that version of the workflow definition;
see Updates to workflow definitions.
By contrast, when you create a new version of a document that is linked
to a workflow definition, it is not necessary to create a new link.
The existing link is maintained.
