Selecting an alternate storage location for Excel Reports

Complete additional steps to store the reports generated from the Excel Reports component in an alternate location.

Instead of storing the reports on each individual server, you can make them available to remote workstations in different ways. You can share the drive where the reports are located on the network. You can save the reports to a network drive or save the reports to an object store.

To store the reports in an alternate location:

  1. Verify that the prerequisite software is installed on the workstation of each user. See Installing prerequisite software for the Excel Reports component.
  2. Point the users to the location of the reports.
  3. Point the users to the IBM® FileNet® Case Analyzer Installation and Upgrade Guide.
