About this task

The following JDBC agents are used to query the Case Analyzer store.
CADB_JDBC_Agent
This agent queries the current work in progress data.
CADB_NearTerm_JDBC_Agent
This agent queries the historical data for the current quarter. Each query scans 20,000 rows in the database.
CADB_Dimensions_JDBC_Agent
This agent queries common dimensions for both current and recent historical monitoring. This agent is enabled by default.
CADB_Threshold_JDBC_Agent
This agent queries for data that have triggered alerts or have exceeded a specified threshold.
