Personal Work Manager toolbar and symbols

This information provides a description of the main user interface elements in Personal Work Manager.

The following tools are available on the Personal Work Manager toolbar:

Icon Description
Define a query icon

Define a query to search the selected work queue, Tracker queue, and Inbox.

Find work that meets specific criteria, sort the list of work items, and specify columns to display the results of the searches.

Refresh icon

Refresh the list of items in the selected folder or update the list of queues.

This tool updates only the list in the selected folder.

Next set of results icon Next set of results displays the next set of work items in the queue. The number of items in each set is specified in your user preferences.
user preference icon View and modify your user preferences, including email notification options, number of items to display in a queue, and out of office designation.
Delete tracker item icon Delete Tracker item to remove items in your Tracker folder only for workflows that have completed. Removal is permanent; there is no undo for the Delete operation.
online Help icon Display online Help (this Help system).

Symbols

The icons to the left of each work item indicate the following item type:

Locked by the current user symbol Locked by the current user
Locked by another user symbol Locked by another user
Locked by the system symbol Locked by the system
Unlocked symbol Unlocked
Completed symbol Completed (Tracker items only)
Reminder symbol Reminder
Overdue symbol Overdue

The Overdue symbol displays if the completion time for the step is exceeded. (These symbols appear in the F_Overdue column.)
