You can use the Reset Database action to clear all event data from the tables of the Case Analyzer store. The Case Analyzer store configuration properties are retained. After the Case Analyzer store is reset, only newly created case and workflow events are processed.
You might need to reset the Case Analyzer store to provide a clean environment for analysis of new event data. Resetting the Case Analyzer store clears the store of old event data.
To reset the Case Analyzer store, do the following steps from Case Analyzer Process Task Manager:
After you initialize the Case Analyzer store, you must restart IBM® Cognos® Real-time Monitoring in your application server to clear the Case Monitor cache.
