The workflow system uses indexes to facilitate and speed up searches. You can change user-defined indexes on rosters, queues, and event logs.
To change an index:
- If the Properties window is not already displayed, select the icon of the queue, roster, or event log you want to modify and click Properties on the toolbar.
- Click the Indexes tab.
- Select the user-defined index that you want to change.
- Click Edit.
- Add, remove, or change the order of the fields as needed.
- Click OK when done.
- Click Commit Changes on the toolbar to apply this change to your isolated region.
