Opening work

From the results pane, you can open any work item in its associated step processor or in Process Tracker.

From Process Tracker, you can view the status of or change a workflow that is currently in progress. From the step processor, you can view the work details or complete work on behalf of another participant. Alternately, to complete work you can use the Complete Work option on the Task menu. See Complete work for more information.

Process Administrator saves any changes and unlocks the workflow or work item before opening it.
Tip: If you change the workflow or work item while it is open in Process Tracker or a step processor, you must click Refresh on the toolbar to view your changes or update the lock status of the work item in Process Administrator.
