About this task
Tip: You can assign a security policy to a document
when you create the document.
Procedure
To assign a security policy to an existing document:
- In the administration console, access the document that
you want to modify:
- In the domain navigation pane, click the object store
that contains the document.
- In the object store navigation pane, expand Browse and
navigate to the folder of the document.
- In the details pane, select the document by clicking
the document link in the Containment Name column.
- In the detail pane, click the Security Policy tab
and select the security policy that you want to assign to this document.
