You can delete one or more versions of a document. If the
deleted version is the reservation (that is, the checked-out version),
deleting the reservation version is the same as canceling the check-out.
Procedure
To delete a document version:
- In the administration console, access the document object.
- In the domain navigation pane, click the object store
that contains the document.
- In the object store navigation pane, click , and select the folder of the document object.
- In the details pane, select a document by clicking the
document link in the Containment Name column.
- Click the document tab.
- In the details pane, click the Versions tab.
- Select one or more versions that you want to delete.
- Click Delete.
