You can use Process Designer to add additional functionality
to a case type, such as add additional steps, create submaps, and
so forth. To add additional functionality, you must have read and
write access to the solution files.
- To work with a case type, click . If the solution contains more than one caste type definition,
a list of available case types displays.
- Select the case type that you want to modify.
When you select a case type, the corresponding XPDL file and
the workflow system configuration files are loaded. You can now edit
the workflows and configuration, and then either save the changes
to the corresponding files in the object store or close the solution,
which will unlock the files.
