A workflow that uses rules either stops or generates an exception.
Symptoms
The workflow system repeatedly attempts to run a rule until the rule is run
successfully. For each failed attempt, the system writes an error to the Event Viewer (Windows)
or system log (UNIX). If a system-wide problem exists, system performance might deteriorate as
more workflows attempt to run rules.
Resolving the problem
Do one of the following actions:
