When business rules are used in a workflow, you can assign
appropriate rule sets to a component step.
To specify rules for a step:
Select the appropriate component step, then select the Rules tab in the Properties pane.
On the Rules tab, specify when the rule will execute at
runtime.
Before Execution - The specified
rule set will execute before the step is enqueued.
After Completion - The specified
rule set will execute after the step is completed.
In the Rule Sets section, select one or more rule sets
from the Available RuleSets box and use the right arrow to add the
rule sets to the Selected RuleSets box. Use the up and down arrows
as necessary to re-order the list, specifying the order of execution.
