Deleting a document version

You can delete one or more versions of a document. If the deleted version is the reservation (that is, the checked-out version), deleting the reservation version is the same as canceling the check-out.

Procedure

To delete a document version:

  1. In the administration console, access the document object.
    1. In the domain navigation pane, click the object store that contains the document.
    2. In the object store navigation pane, click Browse > Root Folder, and select the folder of the document object.
    3. In the details pane, select a document by clicking the document link in the Containment Name column.
    4. Click the document tab.
  2. In the details pane, click the Versions tab.
  3. Select one or more versions that you want to delete.
  4. Click Delete.
