Deploying Case Analyzer reports on IBM Cognos Business Intelligence

You must configure the IBM® Cognos® Business Intelligence server to deploy Case Analyzer reports.

To deploy Case Analyzer reports on IBM Cognos Business Intelligence:

  1. Open the IBM Cognos Welcome page:
    1. Start your Web browser.
    2. In the address bar, type the URL supplied by your administrator and press Enter. The URL resembles the following path, where <servername> is the name of your IBM Cognos Business Intelligence server:
      http://<servername>/cognos8
  2. Click Administer IBM Cognos Content.
  3. Click the Configuration tab and select Content Administration.
  4. Click New Import.
  5. Select Case_Analyzer_Reports and click Next.
  6. Accept the default name Case_Analyzer_Reports and click Next.
  7. Select the Case_Analyzer_Reports option and click Next.
  8. Accept the default values at the following screens and click Finish.
  9. In the Select when you want to run this import screen, click Run.
  10. Select the View the details of this import after closing this dialog option and click OK.
  11. Click Refresh to display the results of your imports.
