You can return work items that arrive in your Inbox.
You can return work items that arrive in your Inbox under
the following circumstances:
- If a participant reassigns a work item to you, you can return
the item to that participant.
- If you move a work item from a work queue to your Inbox, you can
return the item to that work queue.
To return a work item
On the work item page, click Return.
If Return is not available, you cannot return
the current work item. Note: You cannot return work items
routed directly to you by the workflow.
