Use the Configure Object Store window
to configure new object stores.
For more information about the Configure Object Store option,
see the selecting object store topic. Use this window to set the following
fields, depending upon the type of object store being configured):
- Type: A menu allows you to select to install
ROS, FPOS, or FPOS and ROS. If the object store already has one type
of AddOn installed, that option is not available.
- Data model: A menu allows you to select
one of the data models.
- Include RM Sample Templates: A menu allows
you to select Yes or No. IBM® Enterprise
Records provides
two sample templates: the IBM Enterprise
Records Record
Declare template and the IBM Enterprise
Records Search
template. If you want these two templates imported automatically with
the AddOn installation, you need to select Yes.
You have the option of installing them later using a separate wizard.
For more information, see the importing sample templates topic.
- Include NARA Properties?: A menu allows
you to select Yes or No. If you want to add National Archives and
Records Administration (NARA) class to an object store, you need to
select Yes. This AddOn is only available for
FPOS.
- Include Classified Document Properties:
A menu allows you to select Yes or No. If you want to add the Classified
Documentation class to an object store, you need to select Yes.
This AddOn is only available for ROS. This option is available only
if the system has the DoD Classified Security Categories marking set.
- Finish starts the AddOn installation task.
This task might take several minutes to complete depending on the
number of AddOns being installed. Estimates are as follows:
- FPOS with 5 AddOns (including reports) takes 3 minutes
- ROS with 1 AddOn takes about 1 minute.
- FPOS and ROS with 5 AddOns takes about 4 minutes
- Cancel exits the wizard.
