To complete the installation of IBM® Enterprise
Records, you must use a number
of predefined user accounts with specific authentication requirements.
These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following
list:
- Object store administration privileges for each file plan object
store (FPOS) and records object store (ROS)
- Local administrative privileges for the servers on which you are
installing
- Certain Application Engine or Workplace XT access roles to configure
workflows for IBM Enterprise
Records.
- Certain Application Engine or Workplace XT access roles to configure
Site Preferences for IBM Enterprise
Records.
- If you install IBM Enterprise
Records as
a non-root user, you must verify that the user's home directory exists.
You must also verify that the user has full permissions on the directory
and all subdirectories. You do this verification by looking for the
home directory on the system and then checking the directories properties.
