You can modify the default search criteria that you use
to filter the Entities On Hold page.
About this task
The values you set affect only your current user session.
After your user session expires, or you log out, IBM® Enterprise
Records does not save the search
criteria.
Procedure
To set the search defaults:
- From the Entities On Hold view, click Change.
- Select a property from one or more of the Property Name
menus.
- Items that are marked with an asterisk are FileNet P8 system properties.
- To remove a property, select the blank area at the beginning of
the menu.
- You can select up to seven properties.
- In the Sort On column, click the radio button for the one
property on which you want the results sorted.
- Select an operator. Available operators depend on the property.
- Click Accept Changes.
