Content Manager OnDemand are used in this configuration:

- You can lock down Content Manager OnDemand documents automatically when they are loaded into the system and
immediately declare these documents as records by using IBM Enterprise
Records.
- After a document is declared as a record, IBM Enterprise
Records controls the document and
manages security. The security ensures that only authorized users
can view and access the document.
