Where are applicable log files located? |
- WebSphere: The application server logs are in the following location:
was_install_location\profiles\profile
name\logs\server name.
Both
the SystemErrlog and SystemOut.log files
contain exception stack information that can be useful in diagnosing
problems.
- WebLogic: The application server logs are in the following location:
WebLogic_install_location\user_projects\domains\domain
name\servers\server name\logs.
Both
the server name.log and domain
name.log files contain exception stack information
that can be useful in diagnosing problems.

Services application is started within its hosting JEE application
server.
- Reconfigure and redeploy, if necessary.

the following items:- Ensure that the login credentials used are valid for the IBM FileNet Content Manager domain. You can verify
these by using the Application Engine or Workplace XT web application.
- Ensure that the configured IBM FileNet Content Manager domain
URL string was copied from the Application Engine or Workplace XT application correctly.
You can verify this value by using the Application Engine or Workplace XT application.
- Ensure that correct Jace.jar and log4j.jar files
are in the IBM Enterprise
Records REST
Services WEB-INF/lib directory before creating
the WAR and EAR files. You can verify these JAR files by using the Application Engine or Workplace XT application.
