About this task
The ReportDefinition.xml file is in
the configuration folder for IBM® Enterprise
Records.
The default location is <ier_install_path>\Config.
For
new or existing reports, modify these sections in the ReportDefinition.xml file:
- The array for each data model (DoD, DoD classified, Base, and
PRO) where you can:
- Add the id value for a new report. For
more information, see the adding a report to the ReportDefinitions.xml topic.
- Arrange the order of the id values in each
array. This action determines the order the IBM Enterprise
Records software shows the reports
on the Reports tab. See the Arrange display order of reports section
later in this topic.
- The report definition for each report where you can add or change:
- Report title and description. For more information, see the modifying
report title topic.
- Report criteria, such as file plan locations, events, schedules,
actions, security markings, dates, and application types. For more
information, see the modifying report definition topic.
- Report criteria, such as entity types and classification actions.

Arrange display order of reports
Organizing

shows the available reports in the Reports tab.
