Running the Declare Record workflow

You can run an imported workflow by using the Process Designer.

Procedure

To run the sample workflow:

  1. From the Process Designer, open the newly imported workflow definition.
  2. To change the type of record to be declared, specify the symbolic name of the record in the EntityType text box.
  3. Click PropertyName to specify the required properties for the record to be declared.
  4. Click PropertyValue to specify values for the selected properties.
  5. Click the Category link.
  6. Click the Assign link displayed under Category to specify the record category or record folder where you are declaring this record.
  7. Click the Document to Declare link.
  8. Click the Assign link displayed under DocumentToDeclare to specify the document that is being declared as a record.
  9. Click Launch.
