Toolbar Button Display Order
These settings are accessed from the Advanced Options page of the form policy creation wizards. For details on how to access this page, see Define Step Map - Advanced Options for workflow policies or Document Policy - Advanced Options for document policies. Use this page to adjust the order in which toolbar buttons display when the policy is launched. The option to add separators between buttons is also provided.
For workflow policies, you can set a custom toolbar button display order for each step of the workflow or you can set the order to apply to multiple pages.
NOTE Each time you select multiple steps to edit, custom settings in the selected steps are lost. Ensure you complete all multi-select actions before you set unique step options. Once you enter custom settings for a step, including: buttons, pages, attachments or regions, do not select this step in a mult-select action or the custom settings will be lost.
