Add a predefined date
Only the records administrator can add a predefined
date.
To add a predefined date
- Select the Configure tab.
- Click Predefined
Date Triggers:

- Click Add
Predefined Date Event:

- Enter a name and description for the predefined date.
- Select a date to be set as the predefined date.
- Click Finish to complete the creation of the predefined date.
- Click OK to confirm the addition of a predefined
date.
