You can use the command-line configuration tool to view or set parameter values for a server. The tool is installed as part of the IBM® Content Search Services server installation. You indirectly set many of the server parameter values when you install the server.
Use the following command-line syntax to run the configuration tool:
configTool command –configPath path [-locale setting] [… <other arguments> …]
For example:
/user/server/configTool.sh printAll –configPath “/user/server/config” -locale fr_FR
The syntax consists of the following elements:
configTool.bat
. For all other platforms, the script is configTool.s
h. The script is in the server-home/bin
directory, where server-home is the root directory for the installed server.
