If you are installing IBM® InfoSphere™ Enterprise Records in an environment containing more than one Application Engine or Workplace XT server, where all of them use the same workflow region, you only need to configure a process region once.
If the browser on your Application Engine or Workplace XT server does not support the use of Java applets, you must copy the RM_install_path/FileNet/RM/Workflow/configureRMworkflow/RMWorkflowConfiguration.xml file to the machine from which the browser will be launched.
