To control the logging activity of an IBM® Content Search Services server, enable or disable the logging of server and command-line tool messages and set the level of the logging messages.
IMPORTANT Do not alter the configuration for server logging unless instructed to do so by a support representative from IBM Customer Support.
To enable or disable the error message logging for a server:
adminTool configureTrace –configPath path
-trace [on | off]
To determine whether logging is currently enabled for a server:
adminTool printTrace –configPath path
