FileNet P8 domain properties (Publishing tab)
The Publishing tab provides publishing configuration information about FileNet P8 domain objects.
- Configuration Source
- Indicates the domain object that these configuration parameters apply to and whether the current properties are inherited from another object.
- Enable Dispatcher
- Enables the dispatcher for this service.
- Dispatcher Wait Interval
- The sleep time in seconds that the dispatcher waits before checking for work. The default value is 180 seconds. To accelerate processing, you can decrease this setting.
- Queue Item Database Timeout
- The time in seconds before the database times out. The default value is 600 seconds.
- Queue Item Max Dispatchers
- The maximum number of executors started by the publishing dispatcher. The default value is 2.
- Queue Item Retry Count
- The number of times a publish request is tried again before the dispatcher stops processing it. The default value is 1.
- Select P8 Rendition Engine Connection
- Select the FileNet P8 Rendition Engine connection associated with the current publishing configuration.
- Select DITA Rendition Engine Connection
- Select the DITA Rendition Engine connection associated with the current publishing configuration.
- Properties
- Configures the properties associated with the selected Rendition Engine connection.
- New
- Starts the Create a Rendition Engine Connection wizard, which enables you to create and configure a new Rendition Engine connection to be associated with the current publishing configuration.
- Override inherited settings
- Overrides the inherited configuration settings. When you enable this option, you can click Copy Values to select an object to copy configuration settings from or click Default to apply the default configuration settings stored on the domain object to the current object. This option is not available if there are no inherited configuration settings to override.
