Apply the needs of your organization for content information to document class features and design. Determine which users and groups will have access and the levels of access these users and groups will have. Create these users and groups in your authentication provider (Directory Server) if they do not yet exist.  
Based on estimate of additional throughput from the new documents that will be assigned to the new document class, decide whether additional disk space is needed.
