Use this screen to choose the workflow event action and definition. See Workflow subscriptions for information. (This wizard page opens only if you selected Workflow when you specified the object type.)
NOTE Before you can create a workflow subscription, you must create and transfer a workflow definition to the Process Engine's database using the Process Designer.
A workflow definition acts as a processing template that the Process Engine uses each time the workflow runs, routing the work to the specified participants, along with data, attachments, and other information.
TIP To ensure the list includes the most current workflow definition and versions, refresh the object store.
Each time a workflow operator transfers a workflow definition from the Designer to the Process Engine server's database, Process Engine assigns the workflow definition a concatenated version number. However, the version numbers listed in this field show numerical values in a decimal format that represents the number of times the particular workflow definition has been transferred to the database located on the Process Engine server.
NOTE This version number is different from the version assigned to the workflow definition each time it is checked into an object store on the Content Engine.
