What is the authentication method used by your deployed Application Engine or Workplace XT application?

If the authentication methods used by your Application Engine or Workplace XT and InfoSphere™ Enterprise Records application are inconsistent, InfoSphere Enterprise Records might not function properly.

The Application Engine installation program enables you to use Application-Managed Authentication (AMA) or Container-Managed Authentication (CMA). The Workplace XT installation program enables you to use CMA only.

After Application Engine is installed, when you access the Application Engine login page, if the URL ends with /ContainerLogin.jsp, then Application Engine was installed with the CMA option. Otherwise, it was installed with the AMA option.

_____ (AMA or CMA) Yes, my InfoSphere Enterprise Records application uses the same authentication method as my deployed Application Engine or Workplace XT application.
