Log on to a domain

When you start Enterprise Manager, you must log on to the FileNet P8 domain. To log on to a domain you must first have a preconfigured connection string which supplies the Content Engine URL and domain account information required to access the domain. Enterprise Manager assists you in creating a properly formed connection string if one does not already exist.
