Before using
the ISRA servlet, you must enable
the FileNet® Image
Services external
service and set the ISRA Interface Servlet URL in Workplace Site Preferences.
The Application Engine installation
program installs the pre-configured Image Services external service,
which includes the parameterized values necessary to access FileNet IS libraries from Workplace.
To configure Workplace Site Preferences for
ISRA Servlet support:
- Sign in to Workplace as
a user having the Application Engine Administrators
access role.
- Launch Site Preferences as follows:
- Select Admin.
- Select Site Preferences.
- Enable the pre-configured Image
Services external service,
as follows:
- Select External
Services from
the left options list.
- Select Modify for
the Image Service,
located under External Reference Services.
The External
Reference Service Settings site preference page displays.
- Under General Information, locate Show
on
Select File page and change the value to Show.
- Accept the setting.
- Set the ISRA Interface Servlet URL as follows:
- Select Bootstrap.
- Under Preferences Settings, set the value
of ISRA Interface
Servlet URL. For example:
http://servername:port/ApplicationEngineISRAServlet/ISRA
ApplicationEngineISRAServlet
is the default context root. If you specified a different name for
the context root when deploying the Application Engine ISRA Servlet, change the
URL to match your configuration.
- Accept
the setting.
- Exit Site Preferences.
