You can use the command-line administration tool to perform administrative actions. The tool is installed as part of the IBM® Content Search Services server installation.
Use the following command-line syntax to run the administration tool:
adminTool command –configPath path [-locale setting] [… <other arguments> …]
For example:
/user/server/adminTool.sh version –configPath “/user/server/config” -locale fr_FR
The syntax consists of the following elements:
adminTool.bat
. For all other platforms, the script is adminTool.sh
. The script is in the server-home/bin
directory, where server-home is the root directory for the installed server.
config.xml
file. This file contains the configuration information for the server.
