The Container Bookmark page provides a way for you to add a folder or stored search to your browser's list of favorites or bookmarks for quick access. If you are using My Workplace or a Workplace Portal, then the Bookmark page is used to expand the displayed items for My Browse. When you use a portal to access My Browse, only a few items in a folder can be displayed at a time. Clicking More in the portlet displays the Bookmark page, where you can continue to work with your documents and folders.
The Container Bookmark page looks a little different than the usual Browse page, but you can still perform the same actions as in the Browse page. There are no Views or Actions listed on the left side of the page. However, you can still use the command buttons at the top of the page for Get Info, Add to Shortcuts, Add Document, Add Folder, and Add Custom Object. You can also click a document name to open the document, or click the Information Icon to open an information page.
You can use your Browser's Bookmark or Favorites command to return to the bookmark page.
