Object store (CBR Verity tab)
The CBR Verity tab on the object store
property sheet displays information about the Autonomy K2 (formerly Verity) locale and globalization locale.
- Verity Domain Configuration
- The Verity Domain Configuration combo box lists all the Verity Domains configured in each P8 domain. You can choose 'None' or a specific Verity domain.
- CBR Verity locale
- The Autonomy K2 locale used for content-based retrieval (CBR Verity). You must enter a valid CBR Verity locale value, such as "uni" for Unicode, before you can create an index area. For a complete list of valid CBR Verity locale values, see the Autonomy K2 documentation.
- Operating system locale
- The default locale that was selected when Content Engine was installed, and the list of globalization locales that Content Engine can support. You cannot use Administrative Console for Content Engine or Enterprise Manager to change these values.
- Change Collection Partitioning Settings
- The date property and interval used to partition the Verity collection.
- The date property is the property that determines how collections are partitioned. For example, if you want to partition documents of an e-mail class based on the receivedDate property of the class, you set Date Property to receivedDate. The date property must be a date/time data type and must be Settable Only On Create in any CBR-enabled classes in which it is contained.
- The interval is the length of time in months that you want each of the Verity collections to span. When the collections are created within an index area, each collection is automatically associated with a date range based on the interval.
See Index area properties (Index area collections tab) for information about viewing the Start Date and End Date for a collection.
For more information about partitioning Verity collections, see Verity collection partitions.
