To manually start or stop the Autonomy K2 services on which IBM® Legacy
Content Search Engine relies, you must use
the commands provided by Autonomy.
Important: If you are
configuring a cluster, do not use these Autonomy commands to start
and stop nodes directly. Configure the cluster software to use these
commands, then start and stop nodes using the cluster software.
- Log on as the user k2_os_user at the
machine where Autonomy K2 services are installed
- Run one of the following commands, depending on the operating
system:
