Access more workflow items

When you use a portal to access work items through My Inbox, My Active Workflows, or My Public Inbox, only a few work items can be displayed at a time. Clicking More in the portlet displays a page with access to the complete list of the associated items.

Path

Lists the navigation path of the currently selected portlet; for example, Path: My Inbox.

Items Found

Lists the work items or workflows in the selected inbox.

Name identifies the work item. For My Inbox or My Public Inbox, click the work item's name to open the work item in the task step page. From the task step page, you can perform these tasks on the work item:

For My Active Workflows, the new page displays a complete list of the workflows you have launched. This is just an informational list. Clicking the name of the workflow does nothing.

Step Name lists the name of the step that this work item is currently in.

Status lists the status of the work item within the inbox.

Received On lists the time this work item arrived in the inbox.

Click Get Info to display the information page showing the Properties, Attachments, or Milestones for the work item. You can also start the Step Processor or reassign the work item to another worker. If the work item is in a public work queue, you can also move it to your Inbox. If you have access to Tracker, you can edit some properties of the workflow.
