Select the groups that will have basic, non-administrative access to the object store. Groups you add will initially be given default permission to browse folders and read documents within the object store.
If you leave the list blank, the wizard will automatically add the FileNet special account #AUTHENTICATED-USERS.
Carefully plan which groups you add during this step. The recommended practice is to grant access to groups, rather than to individual users, at the time the object store is created. If you follow this practice, you can later add or remove users from a group as a normal administrative task. However, once an object store has been created, adding groups or individual users to the object store can be time-consuming.
TIP Add one or more generic groups to the object store. You can then easily grant or remove access to an object store by adding or removing members to the generic group.
You can view and edit these permissions after the wizard finishes.
See Security Script wizard and Object store and file store access rights for more information.
