Directory configuration properties (Properties tab)
The Properties tab displays properties of the directory configuration. Use the Properties tab to view, modify, or access the properties and actions described below.
The object's title and class appear at the top of the tab. For additional class hierarchy information, click the icon on the right to load the Metadata Explorer.
Filter the properties displayed
- Custom Properties
- The default shows all visible (non-hidden) user-defined properties.
- Custom & System Properties
- Shows non-hidden system-generated and user-defined properties.
- All Properties
- Shows all custom and system properties, including properties marked as hidden.
- Diagnostic View
- All custom, system, and hidden properties plus additional metadata columns. Scroll to the right to see values and other attributes. Use for diagnostic purposes.
- Property grid
- The property grid displays property names and their corresponding values. The objects that appear in the Property Name column are those that describe the object named at the top of the property sheet and which fulfill the filter criteria chosen in the radio buttons above.
