Delete a search

You can delete a search that is no longer needed. Typically you do this using Workplace or Workplace XT. At times it can be convenient to delete searches while using Search Designer.

Delete using Search Designer

  1. From the File menu, select Open/Check Out or click the Open/Check Out button to navigate to the search you want to delete.
  2. Select the search you want to delete.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Answer the confirmation prompt.
  5. You can click the Refresh button to see the result.

Delete using Workplace or Workplace XT

  1. Navigate to the search you want to delete.
  2. Do one of the following:
  3. Review the confirmation of the object to delete.
