- Create: Identifies whether the subscription triggers an event
action each time the user adds an object with the specified class or subclass
to any folder on the object store. The Create event is available
as a trigger event for all class objects.
- Select this option to enable Create as a trigger event.
- Clear this option to disable Create as a trigger event.
- Update: Identifies whether the subscription triggers an event
action each time the user modifies an object with the specified class
or subclass. The Update event is available as a trigger event for
all class objects.
- Select this option to enable Update as a trigger event.
- Clear this option to disable Update as a trigger event.
- Delete: Identifies whether the subscription triggers an event
action each time the user deletes an object associated with the subscription,
either the specific object or the object's class or subclass. The Delete
event is available as a trigger event for all specific objects or
any class objects.
- Select this option to enable Delete as a trigger event.
- Clear this option to disable Delete as a trigger event.
- Checkin: Identifies whether the subscription triggers an event
action each time the user checks in a new version of a document with the
specified class or subclass to any folder on the object store. The Checkin
event is available as a trigger event only for documents.
- Select this option to enable Checkin as a trigger event.
- Clear this option to disable Checkin as a trigger event.
- Checkout: Identifies whether the subscription triggers an event
action each time the user checks out a document with the specified class
or subclass from any folder on the object store. The Checkout event
is available as a trigger event only for documents.
- Select this option to enable Checkout as a trigger event.
- Clear this option to disable Checkout as a trigger event.
- Classify Complete: Identifies whether the subscription triggers
an event action each time a checked-in document with the specified document
class or subclass has been automatically classified. The Classify Complete
event is available as a trigger event only for documents.
- Select this option to enable Classify Complete as a trigger
event.
- Clear this option to disable Classify Complete as a trigger
event.

- Promote Version: Identifies whether the subscription triggers
an event action each time each time a user promotes a document version
with the specified document class or subclass. The Promote Version
event is available as a trigger event only for documents that have versioning
enabled.
- Select this option to enable Promote Version as a trigger
event.
- Clear this option to disable Promote Version as a trigger
event.
When promoting a document version, the system converts the latest minor
version into a released major version. For details, see Versioning
Actions: Promote.
- Demote Version: Identifies whether the subscription triggers
an event action each time each time a user demotes a document version
with the specified document class or subclass. The Demote Version
event is available as a trigger event only for documents that have versioning
enabled.
- Select this option to enable Demote Version as a trigger
event.
- Clear this option to disable Demote Version as a trigger
event.
When demoting a document version, the system resets the document from
a major version back to a minor version. For details, see Versioning
Actions: Demote.
- Element Added: Identifies whether the subscription triggers an
event action each time the user adds a document or custom object with
the specified class or subclass to any folder on the object store. The
Element Added event is available as a trigger event only for folders.
- Select this option to enable Element Added as a trigger event.
- Clear this option to disable Element Added as a trigger event.
NOTE Adding
an element to more than one folder does not create multiple copies of
an element. This action creates a reference to the selected document
or custom object, making it available in Enterprise Manager from
the selected folder.
- Element Removed: Identifies whether the subscription triggers
an event action each time the user removes a document or custom object
with the specified class or subclass from any folder on the object store.
The Element Removed event is available as a trigger event only
for folders.
- Select this option to enable Element Removed as a trigger
event.
- Clear this option to disable Element Removed as a trigger
event.
NOTE Removing
an element from a folder does not delete it from the Content Engine.
This action removes the reference to the selected document or custom
object.
- Manual: This option applies only to workflow subscriptions. If
selected, when a trigger event occurs the system prompts the
user who owns the document to launch the subscription manually.
- Select this option if you want to prompt the document owner to launch the
workflow manually when a trigger event occurs.
- Clear this option if you want the workflow
to launch automatically (without prompting an operator) when a trigger event occurs.
