This topic describes the options available from the menus in FileNet Deployment Manager.

Ctrl+Alt+E | Opens the New Environment wizard that you use to create a new source or destination environment. |

Ctrl+Alt+P | Opens the New Source-Destination Pair wizard that you use to map a destination environment to a source environment. |

Ctrl+Alt+S | Opens the Select Deployment Tree Location wizard that you use to create or select a deployment tree. |
Open | Ctrl+O | Opens the editor for the item selected in the deployment tree view. |
Close | Ctrl+W | Closes the editor for the item selected in the deployment tree view. |
Close All | Ctrl+Shift+W | Closes all open editors. |
Save | Ctrl+S | Saves any changes for the item selected in the deployment tree view. |
Save All | Ctrl+Shift+S | Saves all changes. |
Rename | F2 | Opens the Rename resource wizard that you use to specify a new name for the selected environment or source-destination pair. NOTE If you rename an environment, FileNet Deployment Manager automatically changes the name in any source-destination pair containing that environment. |
Refresh | F5 | Closes all editors and reloads the deployment tree. Any changes that you have not saved are lost. |
Switch Deployment Tree | Ctrl+Alt+S | Opens the Select Deployment Tree Location wizard that you use to create or select a different deployment tree. |
Exit | Ctrl+Alt+X | Closes FileNet Deployment Manager. You are prompted to save any changes. |

Delete | Delete | Deletes the selected environment or source-destination pair from the deployment tree. See Delete an environment definition or Delete a source-destination pair. |

Convert Assets | Converts objects contained in the export files to prepare them for import. |
