Check in content dialog box
- Content Elements File Name
- Type a complete path name, or if you use the Browse/Add
button you can browse the network. If you select a file and click Open
that file will be added to the list of content elements.
- Browse/Add
- Click Browse/Add to browse the network in
order to add the content element whose path and file name appears in the File
Name box. You can add as many content elements as needed.
- Reference check box
- Select the check box if you want a reference
to the listed file stored as the content element. Clear the check box if you
want the actual file stored as the content element.
- MimeType
- This field reflects the content element's MIME
type, if the operating system on the machine can determine what the MimeType
is. Field will be blank if MimeType cannot be determined. Use the Change MIME
type button to change the MIME type of the selected content element.
- Name
- This read-only field contains the filename of the content element.
- Remove
- Click to remove the selected content element from the check in.
- Change MIME type
- (Optional) Click to set the MIME type of the selected content element, especially
if you need to change the value suggested by the operating system.
- Document MIME type
- (Optional) Enter a MIME type for the document version that will be different
from the MIME types of the content elements. This value can be changed whenever
you checkin a new version.
- Automatically classify this document on checkin
- Select to automatically classify the document. Depends on whether you have
configured your object store for automatic
document classification.
- Save
- Click to do an interim save of the document object and all its content
elements.
- Check In
- Click to check in the document as a Major document.
- Check In Minor
- Click to check in the document as a Minor document.
