convert

This command allows you to convert a value from or to a time, error, or log event value.

Syntax

The syntax varies depending on the value you choose to convert.

three part error to error tuple convert e <category> <function> <number>
log event type number to string convert l <log_event_type>
user id to user name convert i <user_id>

Parameters

value

Value to be converted.

time_mask

The date/time format to be used for the string-to-numeric conversion. The default is the current date/time format specified by Process Task Manager, if set, or by the server's operating system.

category

The first set of three numbers in an error tuple.

function

The second set of three numbers in an error tuple.

number

The third set of three numbers in an error tuple.

log_event_type

The number associated with a specific log event.

user_id The number associated with a user name.
user_name The user name.
wob_number The number associated with a work object. For internal use only.
wob_uuid components For internal use only.
