Refresh the display of work items

You must refresh the display to reflect the addition or removal of items in your Inbox and Milestone Tracking folders, and the addition of items in your Tracker folder. Refresh also displays any new work queues that were added since you logged on.

To refresh a list of work or the list of work queues

  1. Select the folder.
  2. Click Refresh on the Personal Work Manager toolbar.

NOTE  Data values (displayed for items in the Tracker folder are the values that were present when the workflow was launched, even if those values changed during processing after launch. To see the current data values for a tracker item, open that item in the Process Tracker application.

TIP In the unlikely event that your connection with the server is interrupted, the following error message might display when you click Refresh: "VWServer Exception: Database reinitialized software must be recycled". If this occurs, close your browser window, reopen it, and log on again.
