Document properties (Children tab)
Because of the potentially large number of child documents for each parent document, all of the child links are not displayed. Navigate through the child links, or scroll forward and backward using the Next and Previous buttons. You can also select multiple items.
Use the Children tab to view or modify the following properties.
- Document Title
- The title of the compound document child or the value of the component relationship object associated with the child.
- Version
- The major or minor version number of the compound document child.
- Link Name
- The name of the component relationship object link associated with the document.
- Link To
- The type of component relationship object link. The possible values are:
- Current - A dynamic link to the most recent version of the document. The document can be either a major or minor version.
- Released - A dynamic link to the latest major version of the document.
- Static - A static link to a particular document version in an object store.
- External - A static link to an external document.
- Order
- The value of the component relationship object's sort order displayed in increments of 1000. This determines the position of the component relationship object in the collection of child objects in the list. Use the arrow buttons on the right side of the dialog box to change the order.
- Previous
- Click to scroll backwards through the links.
- Next
- Click to scroll forward through the links.
If a document is selected, Enterprise Manager enables the following buttons:
