This command initiates recovery for all work items locked by the specified machine and user in current the isolated region.
There are several options available for the recover command--you can choose to unlock:
If you recover a work item while an application on a workstation is processing it, the workstation gets an error when it tries to update the work item. No other errors or problems result, however.
Syntax
The syntax varies depending on the work items you want to recover.

Parameters
machineid |
Machine ID of the workstation or server whose locked work items you want to recover. Enter a specific machine ID or an asterisk (*) to indicate all workstations in the isolated region. Enter -2 to recover all web-based work items. Use the wobquery command to determine the machine ID. Select the queue containing the work item, and look in the F_LockMachine field. |
