Reset security on application spaces, queues, and rosters

To reset the security settings on an application space, a queue, or a roster:

  1. Log onto Workplace.
  2. Launch the Process Configuration Console.
  3. Select the isolated region to which the application space, queue, or roster was imported.
  4. Right-click the node for the destination isolated region and select Connect.
  5. Expand the tree under the selected isolated region until the Work Queues, Workflow Rosters, and User Queues folders are fully expanded.
  6. Right-click the desired application space, queue, or roster and select Properties. The System Properties dialog box displays.
  7. Complete the Security tab as needed to reset the security.
