Child Documents view

The Child Documents view on the Information page provides a way to manage the child documents associated with a specific parent document. The child documents are displayed in the order in which they were associated with a parent document. For example, Child Document A appears at the top of the list if it was first associated with the parent document.

The Actions Menu provides options for manipulating the documents that are displayed. Some examples are the ability to adjust the order in which the documents are listed and insert a new document to the existing document list. Your ability to perform the additional actions are defined by the security on the parent document. You must have full Owner access to perform these actions. Your site administrator configures these settings.

Use Add Child to associate another document to a specific parent as well as view additional relationships some of the child documents have with other documents using the Select Child link.
