Copy and paste document

Enterprise Manager supports three types of paste. The first method below describes how to paste using the default paste method. The second procedure describes how to choose the type of paste following a copy.

To copy and paste a document using Enterprise Manager

  1. Navigate to Enterprise Manager's Root folder and then to the subfolder containing the document you want to copy.
  2. Right-click the document and select Copy.
  3. Right-click the folder where you want the copied document to go and select Paste to use the default paste method; or select All Tasks and then select one of the paste types: Paste Contained Version, Paste All Versions, or Paste Reference. See About pasting for definitions.

NOTE   Another way to copy and paste a document using the default paste type is to drag the document to another folder.
