This command displays a snapshot of a process's working set (RAM resident pages) on a Windows-based Process Engine server. The working set consists of those memory pages mapped into the process that are physically resident in RAM and can be accessed without generating a page fault. Use this command when instructed by your service representative. The information displayed can be used to identify DLLs loading into the memory area being used by FileNet Image Services (IS) for shared memory allocations.
The difference between this command and the processmap command is that processmap shows the layout of virtual storage, independent of whether the memory is currently resident in RAM, while processworkingset shows only those pages that are physically resident in RAM.
