NOTE  If your computer does not have the appropriate Java™ Runtime Environment (JRE) installed, you will be prompted to download the JRE the first time you run any of the Process Java applications: Process Designer, Process Configuration Console, Process Administrator, and so on. The JRE needs to be downloaded only once. For additional information see Install the Java Runtime Environment.

Access to functionality

NOTE  Your FileNet license agreement determines which functionality is available in Process Designer. As a consequence, some of the options described here might not be available for your system.

Process Designer has two modes:
