Initialize an isolated regionUse this procedure to create the following data structures that are necessary to create and process workflows. See Manage isolated regions for general information about isolated regions.
CAUTION If the isolated region is in use, this command removes all workflows that have been transferred to the Process Engine database in this region, as well as all running work items. To initialize an isolated region

If you are using Process Analyzer, when you initialize a Process Engine isolated region, you must also prune data from that same region forProcess Analyzer Engine. CAUTION The following actions do not require the Commit Changes action. These changes take place in the database as soon as you click OK. There is no ability to undo these changes later.
