Versions view
The Versions view of the Information page displays the version series information for a selected document. As documents are checked in and out of an object store, new versions of the document are created.

From Workplace XT, you access Versions information from a document's pop-up menu.
To work with version series information
- Do one of the following actions:
- In Workplace, select a document, and then access the Versions view from the document's Information page.
- In Workplace XT, right-click a document, highlight More Information, and then click Versions.
- Review the information listed for each version including Version Status,
Major Version number, Minor Version number, who modified the version and when.
- If needed, do one of the following actions:
- To open and view the current version of the document, click View Current.
- To open and view the released version
of the document, click View Released.
- To open and view a specific document version, click the desired document name.
- To check out the current version of the document, click Check Out in the Actions list.
- To view the Information page for a specific version, click the Get Info icon for the desired version.
NOTE Anytime you modify values in a specific view, for example, Security, a modified
icon appears next to the view name in the left of the page. If you exit the Information
page without returning to each marked view to Apply your changes, your modifications will be lost.
