Edit Public Inbox portlet
You can customize the Public Inbox portlet to display work items from
a specific public inbox. Until you have configured the Public Inbox
portlet, a message is displayed. If the Edit button is not displayed, see your administrator.
To select a Public Inbox
- Click Edit in the Public Inbox portlet
toolbar. The portlet is displayed in edit mode.
- Click Public Inbox.
- Click the desired inbox from
the list of available public inboxes. Only the inboxes that you have access permissions
for are displayed. The inbox name is added to the path near the top
of the page, and a list of work items currently in the queue is displayed.
- Click
Select inbox name below the path
to select this public inbox.
- Enter a number for the Maximum Rows. This setting determines how many items are displayed in the portlet at a time.
- Select the List View Style.
- Magazine view lists a short description of the work items below
the item name.
- Collapsed view lists only the work item name.
- Click Apply. Your settings are saved,
and the portlet is displayed in normal mode.
