Storage area properties (Statistics tab)
The storage area property sheet's Statistics tab shows the storage capacity
available on the disk volume in which the selected storage area resides.
- File count
- Identifies the number of content elements associated with the documents
currently stored in the storage area.
NOTE
If the storage area is a fixed storage area, content element files that are migrated
to or imported from a fixed device do not show up in the File count, but do
show up in the overall file storage area size.
- Free bytes
- Identifies the space available on the disk volume in which the selected
storage area resides.
- File bytes
- Identifies the space used by documents stored on the disk volume in which
the storage area resides.
- Total disk bytes
- Identifies the size of the disk volume in which the storage area resides.
- Last modified
- Identifies when the storage area was last modified.
- Files created
- Identifies the number of documents created in the selected storage area.
- Files deleted
- Identifies the number of documents deleted from the selected storage area.
- Storage Area Maximums
- You create these maximums when you create the storage area. The following fields allow you to change these maximums as your system grows.
- Maximum Number of Elements : Sets the maximum number of content elements to a specific value or to "Unlimited."
You cannot specify a value less than the number of content elements currently in the storage area.
- Maximum Size : Sets the maximum size to a specific value or to "Maximum allowed on device." You cannot specify a value less than the current size of the storage area.
