Administrative tools

The following table describes the tools available to you as a Process Engine administrator.

Tool Description
Process Administrator Allows you to manage work in progress, which includes tracking the status of and potentially making modifications to running workflows.
Process Configuration Console Provides the tools to create and modify the workflow database structures, and provides you with management tools to configure event logging and statistics collection, and to set performance parameters.
Process Task Manager Provides the tools to manage the Process Engine, Application Engine or web server, and Simulation Engine processes and to configure the Process Engine and the Process Analyzer.
vwtool Provides a Process Service-based, command line-driven system support and administration program you can use to analyze and modify various components of Process Service.
vwlog Provides the tools to coalesce statistics, move log records, and purge log data from the Process Engine.
database views Creates database views for all local queues, rosters, and event logs, so that you can perform queries outside of the scope of this system using standard database query tools.
