Specify the conditions that must be true to launch a workflow from the
link you are defining. A condition, which can contain multiple expressions,
cannot be more than 254 characters.
To access the Launch Condition dialog, click the Condition
button on the Process Link Property
dialog.
Select the property to evaluate.
The properties that you can choose are the document class (or document)
properties.
Select the Operator.
For String properties:
Use "is equal" to match the entire string.
Use "contains" to match a substring. The match is case
sensitive. There are no wildcards.
Use "is greater than..." and "is less than..."
to test higher or lower alphabetical order.
Use "is greater than or equal" and "is less than
or equal" to match the entire string and test higher/lower alphabetical
order.
Enter the Value.
For Date properties:
In the Value field, the date format
reflects the date format on your computer. We recommend that you edit
this field carefully to maintain the format.
In the expression window, the date value you enter is converted
to the format required for the workflow server.
Click Insert to add the expression
to the expression window.
