Troubleshooting

Delete work

Using Process Administrator, you can permanently delete work. You can delete an entire workflow or one or more work items. For example, deletion makes sense if a workflow was initiated in error, or if errors during processing prevented a work item's completion. Deleting work removes it from the system with no further processing.

Alternately, you can terminate work. Terminating work calls the Terminate map defined in or inherited by the workflow.
