Open unassigned work
Some work items are assigned
to work queues instead of to a specific participant. If you have access
to a work
queue, that queue is listed on the Public
Work Queues tab.
To open work from a work queue
- On the Process page, open the Public Work
Queues tab and a folder that represents a work queue.
- Click on a work item to open it.
When you open work from a work queue, that work item is locked (reserved)
for you; other participants with access to the work queue cannot open
it. The open work item displays instructions, data, attachments, response
choices, and other resources that you need to complete the work.
Each item in a work queue displays the following information.
