How often?

Different organizations have different tolerance levels on data loss. A company that only releases static documents every month probably only needs to back up these documents once a month. On the other hand, a dynamic content provider may need to back up the data every day. A full backup is easy to understand and implement. But backing up everything frequently may be a waste of time and resources and may not be practical for large libraries.

The key to a successful backup plan is to understand different options and implement the most appropriate one for the situation.
