View workflow statistics

You can analyze and improve the performance of the workflows running on your system by examining statistical data generated by the system.

To view workflow statistics

  1. In the Look For box in the search specification pane, select Statistics.
  2. In the In box, select the area you wish to search. Your choice determines the statistics that displays. For details about the statistics available, see Roster statistics or Queue statistics.
  3. To select the specific rosters or queues to display and to specify a statistics interval, click the Criteria tab.
  4. To choose the statistics to display in the results, click the Results Options tab; and select the columns to include in the results pane.

    TIP Use New Search to reset the Criteria and Results Options tabs. The top portion of the search specification pane remains the same.

  5. Click Find Now.
