Connect to an isolated region

To enable the Process Analyzer Client Configuration Tool to retrieve information about available data fields in an isolated region, you must connect via a Process Router to the appropriate isolated region on the Process Engine.

To log on and connect to the Process Engine

  1. On the Data Fields tab in the Process Analyzer Engine Configuration Tool, click Connect.
  2. On the Connect to a Router page enter the following information:
Application Engine or web server Enter the name of the Application Engine or web server that contains the Process Router that points to the desired isolated region.
    User name Enter your username.
    Password Enter your password.
Router Name Select the name of the Process Router.
Port Enter the port number used by the Process Router. Typically the port number is 32771.

TIP You can see a list of available routers and associated ports on a web server by bringing up the logon window from the home page. From the logon window, click Advanced, then view the drop-down list of Router Names. The router name displays before the colon; the port displays after the colon.
