Specify responses

To enable the participant to indicate a choice, define all possible choices as responses in the step. The response that the participant chooses usually determines how the workflow progresses when the participant completes the step.

To specify responses for the current step

  1. Select the step in the workflow map.
  2. On the Routing tab, click in the Define Responses table and enter the text of each responses that the participant will be able to choose. (Enter each response on a separate line.)
  3. Use the up and down arrows to rearrange the responses in the list. The order that you specify will be the order in which the participant sees them in the step processor.
