Open tracker itemsIf you have been designated as a tracker for certain workflows, an item will appear in your Tracker queue each time one of those workflow is launched. When you open a tracker item, you can examine the workflow history and step information, and you can make some changes. See the online Help in the Process Tracker application for additional information. To open a tracker item
Each item in the Tracker list displays the following information.
NOTE The values for items listed in the Tracker folder are the values that were present when the workflow was launched. The values in this list do not change even if the actual values of the fields change during workflow processing. To see the current data values for a tracker item, open that item in the Tracker application. |
