Determining the Process Analyzer Engine port

You may need to find out what port was assigned when the Process Analyzer Engine was installed.

To determine the Process Analyzer Engine port

  1. From the Start menu on the Process Analyzer Engine, select Run. In the Open field, enter regedit.
  2. From the Edit menu, select Find. Enter AEEngine in the Find what field and click Find.
  3. When AEEngine is found, you should see a ServiceParameters value. In the value, the port is indicated by the number following the " -P." (If you don’t see the ServiceParameters, continue searching for the next occurrence of AEEngine.)
