Manage user queues
Use the Process Configuration Console
to view or modify user queue properties. A user queue holds work items
waiting to be processed by a user rather than by an automated process.
When you initialize an
isolated region, two user queues (called Inbox and Tracker) are automatically
created for that isolated region. You cannot create additional user queues.
CAUTION The
Inbox and Tracker user queues must exist before you can define a workflow.
