Using Process Administrator,
select the work item that is in an error state. On the Tasks
menu, select Workflow Groups and
resolve the invalid user for the workflow group. Save and complete
the work item.
Using Process Tracker,
select the work item in the user-defined Malfunction map. On the
Workflow Group tab, select the
workflow group, then click the Manage
Workflow Group button and resolve the invalid user for the
workflow group. If the default Malfunction map has not been overridden
by a user-defined Malfunction map, the default Malfunction map is
not visible in Process Tracker.

Using Process Administrator,
select the work item that is in an error state. On the Tasks
menu, select Trackers and resolve
the invalid user for the tracker group. Save and complete the work
item.

field to have an appropriate value.
Using Process Tracker,
select the work item in the user-defined Malfunction map. Modify
the data field to have an appropriate value. If the default Malfunction
map has not been overridden by a user-defined Malfunction map, the
default Malfunction map is not visible in Tracker.

The workflow definition contains an expression with division by
zero.
For example:
