Step-related reports

Step-related reports provide you with information about the status and processing of work items at specific steps in your system.

If you installed the Process Analyzer Client locally, you can find these reports in the step folder under the directory where you installed the product. If not, ask your Process Analyzer administrator for the location of the reports.

The table below lists the reports that you can view.

Chart Name Description
Avg Time Spent To Complete Work Items At Step The average amount of time, in minutes, that it took to complete work items at each step during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on user.
Number Of Incoming Work Items During Time Period The number of work items that entered each step during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on queue.
Number Of Work Items At Specified Step During Time Period The number of work items at each step for any length of time during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on queue.
Number Of Work Items Completed During Time Period The number of work items at each step that were completed during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition.
Number of Work Items Currently At Step The number of work items currently at each step. The information is grouped by workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on queue.
Time Spent To Complete The Work Items During Time Period The total time spent to complete the work items at each step during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and workflow definition; in addition, you can filter on user.
