Update the display

As workflows are running, work items will be added to your Inbox and Tracker queues and to the work queues. To see items added after you display the contents of a queue, you must click Update on the toolbar.

To update a list of work or the list of work queues

  1. Open the tab or folder to update.
  2. Click Update on the toolbar.

NOTE Data values displayed for items in the Tracker folder are the values that were present when the workflow was launched, even if those values changed during processing after launch. To see the current data values for a tracker item, open that item in the Tracker application.

   

TIP In the unlikely event that your connection with the server is interrupted, the following error message might display when you click Refresh: "VWServer Exception: Database reinitialized software must be recycled". If this occurs, close your browser window, reopen it, and log on again.
