On the General tab, configure the Process Analyzer Engine user lookup option.

Server information

The Process Analyzer uses the information you enter about the Process Engine to provide expanded user information to the Process Analyzer. Without this expanded information, users appear in the Process Analyzer reports and charts simply as the internal identification number used by the Process Engine.

Process Analyzer Engine

The name of the server where the Process Analyzer Engine is installed.

Install date The date on which the Process Analyzer software was installed. The Process Analyzer only analyzes workflows that are created after this date.
Database server The name of the server where the Process Analyzer SQL Server database database is installed.
Database instance The name of the database instance of the Process Analyzer SQL Server database. If this is blank, the Process Analyzer uses the default instance.

User name

The user name used to connect to the Process Analyzer SQL Server database. If the information is not valid, Process Analyzer Engine Configuration Tool prompts you to re-enter the user name and password.

Password: The password associated with the user name.
Validate Use the Validate button to verify that the username and password are correct and can connect to the Process Analyzer database.

Lookup user

Enter the following information to activate the user lookup option. Click OK to close the Configuration Tool to save your changes.

NOTE If you do not enter any Process Engine information, the user lookup feature is automatically turned off.

Lookup user router URL

Enter the URL of the Process Router to be used for the user lookup option. Enter the information in the following format:

<Application-Engine-or-web-server-name:router-port>/<router-name>

For example, workflow-web:32771/vwrouter.

User name Enter the user name to be used during user lookup.
Password Enter the password for the user. Note that if the user name and password were entered previously, the Process Analyzer Engine Configuration Tool displays ******** in place of the password.
Validate Use the Validate button to verify that the router information is correct and can connect to the Process Engine. If the router information is incorrect, the validation process can take up to three minutes.
