User-related reports

User-related reports provide you with information about the status and processing of work items by specific users in your system.

If you installed the Process Analyzer Client locally, you can find these reports in the user folder under the directory where you installed the product. If not, ask your Process Analyzer administrator for the location of the reports.

The table below lists the reports that you can view.

Chart Name Description
Avg Time User Spent To Complete The Work Items The average amount of time, in minutes, that it took each user to complete work items during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and user; in addition, you can filter on queue and workflow definition.
Number Of Work Items Completed By User The number of work items that each user completed during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and user; in addition, you can filter on queue and workflow definition.
Total Time User Spent to Complete The Work Items The total time that each user spent to complete the work items during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and user; in addition, you can filter on queue and workflow definition.
