statistics

This command outputs queue and roster statistics for a specified time interval. For information about statistics, see About workflow statistics.

Syntax

statistics <name> <starttime> <endtime> <units>

Parameters

name

Name of queue or roster for which you want to collect statistics.

starttime

Time at which to start collecting of statistics. The default value is the time at which the earliest event occurred.

To enter a time, use the date/time format specified via the Process Task Manager in the Date/Time Mask parameter on the Process Engine, or by the Process Engine's operating system. You can also enter expressions.

If you are entering the parameters on the command line (as opposed to letting vwtool prompt you for them), you must surround the starttime with double quotes—that is, "<starttime>".

endtime

Time at which to stop collecting statistics. The default value is the current time on the server.

To enter a time, use the date/time format specified via the Process Task Manager in the Date/Time Mask parameter on the Process Engine, or by the Process Engine's operating system. You can also enter expressions.

If you are entering the parameters on the command line (as opposed to letting vwtool prompt you for them), you must surround the endtime with double quotes—that is, "<endtime>".

units

Time units for statistical results. Following is a list of valid values for this parameter:

m = Minutes

h = Hours

d = Days

w = Weeks

o = Months

y = Year

TIP In vwtool, you can enter parameters on the command line (following the command name) or let vwtool prompt you for the information by entering just the command name. Generally, we recommend prompt mode for all but the simplest commands. Entering the parameters on the command line is intended primarily for script-driven input.

NOTE If necessary, change to the desired isolated region prior to executing this command.
