Queue-related reports

Queue-related reports provide you with information about the status and processing of work items in specific queues in your system.

If you installed the Process Analyzer Client locally, you can find these reports in the queue folder under the directory where you installed the product. If not, ask your Process Analyzer administrator for the location of the reports.

The table below lists the reports that you can view.

Chart Name Description
Avg Time Spent To Complete Work Items During Time Period The average amount of time, in minutes, that it took to complete work items in each queue during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and queue; in addition, you can filter on user and workflow definition.
Number Of Incoming Work Items During Time Period The number of work items that entered each queue during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and queue; in addition, you can filter on workflow.
Number Of Work Items Completed During Time Period The number of work items in each queue that were completed during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and queue; in addition, you can filter on workflow.
Number Of Work Items Currently In Queue The number of work items currently in each queue.The information is grouped by workflow definition and queue.
Number Of Work Items In Queue During Time Period The number of work items in each queue during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and queue; in addition, you can filter on workflow.
Time Spent To Complete Work Items During Time Period The total time spent to complete the work items in each queue during the specified time period. The information is grouped by time and queue; in addition, you can filter on user and workflow definition.
