Publishing your reports as an interactive web page

You can save reports as interactive web pages. Once you save the report as a web page, you can check it into the object store or library or integrate it into a web portal. Users can then access the published report via the web. The user can interact with the report by filtering and drilling down, but cannot save any changes.

To save a report as an interactive web page

  1. In Excel, select File/Save As Web Page.
  2. Check the Add interactivity checkbox before saving the file.
