Use the Criteria tab to select the rosters or queues to display, and
to set the time interval for which statistics are calculated.
To specify the statistics search criteria
Select the type of information and the areas to search by following
the procedures described in steps 1 and 2 in View
workflow statistics. Click the Criteria
tab in the search specification pane.
Specify the Interval Start Time
and Interval End Time. This interval
determines the time period that Process Administrator
uses to calculate event
summation and sampling
statistics. Use a valid
format when entering a time. If you leave both the start and stop
time blank or if the start and stop time are the same, Process Administrator
only calculates current
statistics. If you leave only one of the time fields blank, Process Administrator
assumes the current date and time for the blank field.
TIP To
view examples of valid time formats, right-click on either time field
and select Syntax Help from the context
menu.
Specify the unit of time you want Process Administrator
to use when displaying time-related statistics by selecting a unit of
time from the Display statistics in
list.
To display a roster or queue, select one or more items in the Available
rosters or Available queues
list and click . To remove
a roster or queue from the display, select one or more items in the
Selected rosters or Selected
queues list and click .
Modify the statistics to display in the results pane in the Results
Options tab if desired. Process Administrator
determines the default columns to display based on whether you enter
an interval start or stop time. If you enter a start or stop time, Process Administrator
displays all columns; if you do not enter a start or stop time, Process Administrator
displays only the current statistics columns.
