The following tools are available on the Personal Work Manager toolbar:
Define a query to search the selected
work queue, Tracker queue, and Inbox.
Find work that meets specific criteria, sort the list of work items,
and specify columns to display the results of the searches. See
Search for work in a work queue.
Refresh the list of items in the
selected folder or update the list of queues.
This tool updates only the list in the selected folder. See Refresh
the display.
Next set of results displays the
next set of work items in the queue. The number of items in each
set is specified in your user preferences. See Next
set of results.
View and modify your user preferences,
including email notification options, number of items to display
in a queue, and out of office designation. See Set
user preferences.
Delete Tracker item to remove
items in your Tracker folder only for workflows that have completed.
Removal is permanent; there is no undo for the Delete operation.

Symbols
The icons to the left of each work item indicate the following:
Type of item:
- Work items
- Tracker items
Status of the item:
- Locked by the current user
- Locked by another user
- Locked by the system
- Unlocked
- Completed (Tracker items only)
- Reminder
- Overdue
The Overdue symbol displays if the completion time for the step
is exceeded. (These symbols appear in the F_Overdue column.)
