Make Help work for you

Become a more effective eProcess Process Engine user by spending a few minutes learning how to access Help, how to find topics, where to find definitions, and how to search.

How to get Help

To get Help for a Brightspire application:

  • Click the Help link at the top of the page, if a Help link is available.

    or

  • Press Alt+H+C, if a Help menu is available.

System administrators can start the Brightspire Application Engine Administrator's Help from the Workbench, from the Start/FileNET menu on a Windows 2000 server, or from the Site Preferences application.

To get Help for a Panagon application, start the application, and then click the Help link on any page. You can also start Help by pressing Alt+H then C.

Find what you're looking for

  • To scan the complete topic list, click each topic title in the topic list on the left.
  • To find topics containing a word or phrase, click the Search button. This will find the topics containing the search text.
  • On a topic page, you can use the browser's Find (on this page) command to find and highlight any word or phrase.
  • To find the definition of a term, click "Glossary" on the toolbar. This displays the eProcess Process Engine glossary.

To print Help

You can print any Help page from your browser. If you wish to print all Help pages, you will find a printable PDF version on the Brightspire web site. FileNET web site.
