The Process Engine
Routers folder displays information about all Process Routers
that are currently running on the web server (FileNet Web Services Client
or Open Client
only).
To add a router
Select New/New Router from the context
menu.
As appropriate, add, edit, or retain the information displayed in
the New Router window. Refer to the Process Router
property descriptions for a description of the properties. In addition,
you can set two other properties:
Property
What It Does
Automatically started
Whether the router automatically starts when the system is started.
NOTE To
set the router to automatically start on a system where the Content Engine
and Process Engine
reside on the same server, make sure the Process Engine
Services Manager service is configured to log on using the local
fnsw account rather than Local
System account. Use the Windows
Services utility to configure the Process Engine Services Manager. (FileNet Web Services Client and Open Client: If you have upgraded from eProcess 5.0.0 or earlier, the Process Engine Services Manager is named Panagon eProcess Services Manager.)
Automatically restarted
Whether the router automatically restarts if an error occurs that
causes the process to stop.
To start, stop, or delete a router
Select the item in the folder, and click the start, stop, or delete icon
on the toolbar.
NOTE You
cannot mix the use of the Process Service Administrator
and the Process Task Manager
for starting and stopping a router. You must use the same method to start
and stop a router; for example, to stop a router you started in the Process Task Manager,
you must again use the Process Task Manager.
