Set the statistics results options

You can select the statistics you wish to see in the results pane before starting your search. For information about what a specific statistic represents, see Roster statistics or Queue statistics.

To set the statistics results options

  1. Select the type of information and the areas to search by following the procedures described in steps 1 and 2 in View workflow statistics. Click the Results Options tab in the search specification pane.
  2. To remove displayed statistics columns, select one or more items in the Selected columns list and click Remove. To display columns, select one or more items in the Available columns list and click Add.
  3. To rearrange the order in which the columns display, use the Up arrow and Down arrow buttons to arrange the columns in the order you prefer.
  4. TIP You can also display and hide columns after the results are displayed, including the workflow's non-exposed fields. See Show or hide the results columns for more information.

  5. To search using additional criteria, click the Criteria tab, and select the options you want.
  6. Click Find Now.
