Manage trackers

You can add or remove trackers for a workflow. When you add or remove a tracker, Process Tracker automatically adds or removes the associated work item in the Tracker queue.

To add or remove trackers

  1. Click Manage Trackers Manage Trackers button on the toolbar.
  2. Select and add or remove users as appropriate. See Participant selection for information about selecting users.
  3. Click OK.
   

TIP If there are no available work items for adding a tracker, you need to unlock a work item. See Failed to add a tracker for additional information.
