	HTTP Operation Failed rc=406 Transaction Aborted

* Problem Description (detailed): 
	 The customer is running PGW 1.2.1 on OS/390.    
Running the eecertreq utility in order to obtain a new certificate from 
VISA, he got the following error message:                              
HTTP Operation Failed, return code = 406                               
Transaction Aborted.                                                   

* Problem Resolution (detailed): 
	Application of TCP/IP APAR PQ25123 resolved the problem.
