You can delete a previously added Lead Origin for an Opportunity,
using the Opportunity Lead Origin screen.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Opportunity Lead
Origin screen. To navigate to the Opportunity Lead Origin screen,
perform the following steps:
- Log in to Sterling Business Center as an Enterprise Administrator.
- From the System Setup Home page,
expand the Opportunity menu, and then click Manage
Opportunity Lead Origin.
The Opportunity Lead Origin screen
is displayed. Existing lead origins, if any, are displayed.
- In the Opportunity Lead Origin screen, click the lead origin
you want to delete and then click the Delete button.
A confirmation message is displayed.
- Click Yes to delete the lead origin.
Note: When you delete a lead origin from Sterling Business Center and
it is being used in Sterling Field Sales,
then the Value is displayed in place of the value entered in the Short
Description in Sterling Field Sales.
