Troubleshooting: applications manager, channel applications manager, or system management console does not start

If you are using Internet Explorer with the pop-up blocker turned on, the Applications Manager, Channel Applications Manager, or System Management Console can fail to start.

Problem

The Applications Manager, Channel Applications Manager, or System Management Console can fail to start under the following conditions:
  • The application (Sterling Order Management or Sterling Configure, Price, Quote) is installed on a server.
  • You are using Internet Explorer installed on your client machine to open either the Applications Manager, Channel Applications Manager, or System Management Console.
  • Internet Explorer has the pop-up blocker turned on.

Solution

In Internet Explorer, turn off the pop-up blocker.
