Before you begin
Perform
the following steps to delete a voice workflow:
Procedure
- Launch the Applications Manager. From the menu bar, navigate
to Applications > Warehouse Management.
- From the tree in the application rules side panel, click More or
double-click Task Management.
- The tree is expanded. Click More adjacent Voice
Integration, and double-click Voice Applications.
- The Voice Applications panel is displayed. Double-click
the voice application that contains the voice work flow you want to
delete.
- The Voice Application Details dialog box is displayed.
Click the Voice Work Flow tab.
- The Voice Work Flow panel is displayed. Select the voice
work flow that you want to delete, and click Delete.
- A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Select OK confirm
the deletion of the voice workflow.
