Create a Billing Activity Manually

About this task

Billing activities are units of work performed at the warehouse or fulfillment center of the Third-Party Logistics provider, for a specific client.

The Billing Activity Reporting Engine Console enables you to create billing activities manually.

To manually create billing activities:

Procedure

  1. Log in to the application as the warehouse manager, supervisor, or enterprise user.
  2. From the Application Console menu, choose ARE > Record Billing Activity. The Record Activity screen is displayed.

    Fields Description
    Node Indicates the node where the activity is performed.
    Enterprise Select the enterprise for which the activity is performed.
    Transaction Type Select the type of transaction.
    Group ID Select the identifier of the billing activity group.
    Transaction Reference Enter the transaction reference that corresponds to the billing activity.

    For example, for work order billing activities the transaction reference is work order number.

  3. In the Record Activity screen, enter the appropriate details.
  4. Click Record Activity. The Billing Activity Details screen displays, which enables you to add multiple activities with activity codes.
