Configure service level indicators
You can specify the images to be displayed for pickup and
shipping orders when the configured threshold time is exceeded. The
threshold time can be configured only at the enterprise level. By
default, service level indicators are defined for low priority, medium
priority, high priority, and overdue orders.
Configuring user alert notifications
You can set the polling interval in milliseconds to update
the number of alerts assigned to a store associate. You can configure
the user alert notifications only at the enterprise level.
