You can create approval plans using the Create
Approval Plan screen.
About this task
Note: The fields marked with * in the Create Approval Plan
screen are mandatory.
Procedure
- Navigate
to the Approval Plan Search screen. To navigate to the Approval Plan
Search screen, perform the following steps:
- Log in to Sterling Business Center as a system administrator or a system setup administrator.
- From the System
Setup Home page, expand the Approvals menu,
and then click Approval Plans The Approval Plan Search screen is displayed.
- In the Approval Plan Primary Details panel, perform
the following:
- In the Approval Plan ID* box,
enter a unique identifier for the approval plan being created.
- In the Approval Plan Name* box,
enter a name for the approval plan being created.
- From the Document Type*
drop down box, select the document type for which the approval plan
is being created.
- Click Save to create a new approval
plan.
