About this task
To
create a service complexity level:
Procedure
- From the menu bar, choose Applications >
Catalog Management. The Catalog Management tree displays in the side
panel.
- From the Catalog Management tree, choose
Catalog Configurations > Service Complexity Levels. The Service
Complexity Level window displays in the work area.
- Choose the Create New icon. The Service
Complexity Level Details pop-up window displays.
- Enter information in the applicable fields.
Refer to Table 1 for
field value descriptions.
