If the Promising server does not return a valid response to the Order server, a SAX exception error may be thrown.
A SAX exception error indicates that the Promising server did not return a valid response back to the Order server. For example, a SAXParseException error may be thrown by the getExternalAvailability user exit if a user’s username was not configured on the application server. In this case, the Order server throws the error because the Promising server did not return valid XML.
