Associated service requests

You can view the service items that are associated with a product item in this screen.

View Icon Description
Add Provided Service Add Service Requests - This icon takes you to the Associate Service Request screen where you can add the required service requests associated with the product line.

Action Description
Cancel This action enables you to cancel the selected service requests. In the Modification Reason screen that pops up, enter the reason code and reason text for cancelling the service request.
Fields Description
Line The line of the service. Click this link to view the Service Request Details screen.
Item ID The unique identifier of the service.
Item Description The description of the service.
Appointment The date and time of the service.
Service Offset (Hrs) The number of hours the service is offset by.
Amount The amount of the service.
Status The current status of the service.
