Record Receipt Activity

About this task

To enable the Billing Activity Reporting Engine to record additional Receipt activities:

Procedure

  1. Log in to the application as the ynwadmin user.
  2. From the Application Console menu bar, choose Configuration > Launch Applications Manager. The Applications Manager opens in a new window.
  3. From the Applications Manager menu bar, choose Applications > Sterling Application Platform.
  4. From the tree in the application rules side panel, choose Process Modeling. The Process Modeling screen displays.
  5. Select the Purchase Order Receipt Process type. The Purchase Order Receipt Repository tree displays in the application rules side panel.
  6. In the Purchase Order Receipt Repository, navigate to the Purchase Order Receipt Services Repository.
  7. In the Purchase Order Receipt Services Repository,
    1. In the AREGroup service group, select YNWAREReceipt.
    2. Click Save As. The Save Service As pop-up window displays.
    3. Enter the new Service Name and click OK.
  8. Navigate to the Transactions repository.
  9. In the Transaction Repository:
    1. Select the Process Receipt ARE transaction and click Details. The Transaction Detail:Process Receipt ARE (Purchase Order Receipt) screen displays.
    2. Select the Time Triggered tab.
    3. In the Agent Criteria Definitions area, select PROCESS_RECEIPT_ARE Criteria ID.
    4. Click Details.. The Agent Criteria Details pop-up window displays.
    5. Click the Criteria Parameters tab.
    6. Select the line where the ServiceName is YNWAREReceipt and click Details.. The Criteria Parameter Details pop-up window displays.
    7. In Parameter Value, enter the service name you created in the Purchase Order Receipt Services Repository.
    8. Click OK.
    9. In the Agent Criteria Details pop-up window, click Save.
