If the Sterling Order Management
application is deployed on WAS 8.5.5.2, the Applications Manager or System Management Console does
not start.
Problem
The Applications Manager or System Management Console does not start.
Solution
Configure the HTTP Channel custom property as follows:
- Log in to the Deployment Manager UI.
- Navigate to Application Servers > <servername>.
Under Web Container Settings, click
Web container transport chains > chain_name > HTTP Inbound
Channel > Custom Properties > New.
- Enter the name of the new property as CookiesRemoveQuotes and
set the value to true.
