Multiple customer master organizations

Release 9.1 supports customer assignments across multiple customer master organizations, where users are assigned to customers from one or more customer master organizations. In this case, a user can be assigned to customers that are not part of the same customer hierarchy.

How it affects you

For any new customer assignments created in Release 9.1, the CUSTOMER_MASTER_ORG_CODE column is populated in the LOOKUP table with the OrganizationCode of the customer. However, Release 9.1 continues to support the customer hierarchy for any customer assignments created in releases prior to Release 9.1.
