You can add a validation domain for an enterprise, by using
the Manage Validation Domain screen.

Note: The
fields marked with * are mandatory.
Procedure
- Navigate to the Manage
Validation Domain screen. To navigate to the Manage
Validation Domain screen, perform the following steps:
- Log in to Sterling Business Center as a system administrator or a system setup administrator.
- From the System Setup home page,
expand the Validation and Override Rules menu,
and then click Domain Administration.
- Click Manage Domains.
The Manage Validation
Domain screen is displayed.
- In the Validation Domain
List, click Add. The Add window
is displayed.
- From the Validation
Domain list, select the validation domain to be added
for an enterprise.
- From the Document
Type list, select the applicable document type for the
validation domain.
Note: The hold types
that are populated depends on the document type that is selected for
the validation domain.
- From the Hold Type list,
select the hold type that is applied on the transaction, when, a violation
of the validation within the validation domain occurs.
- By default, Activate the validation domain check
box is selected. Clear the check box if you do not want to enable
the validation domain for an enterprise.
- Click Save.
A new validation domain is created
for an enterprise.
