View a Voice Workflow

Before you begin

Perform the following steps to view a voice workflow:

Procedure

  1. Launch the Applications Manager. From the menu bar, navigate to Applications > Warehouse Management.
  2. From the tree in the application rules side panel, click More or double-click Task Management.
  3. The tree is expanded. Click More adjacent Voice Integration, and double-click Voice Applications.
  4. The Voice Applications window is displayed. Double-click the voice application that contains the voice work flow whose details you want to view.
  5. The Voice Application Details dialog box is displayed. Click the Voice Work Flow tab.
  6. The Voice Work Flow panel is displayed. Double-click the Workflow ID whose details you want to view.

Results

The Voice Work Flow Details dialog box is displayed.

The following table describes the fields in the Voice Work Flow Details dialog box:

Field Description
Voice Application

Displays the identifier of the selected voice application, whose voice work flow details you want to view.

Work Flow ID

Displays the identifier of the voice work flow whose details you want to view.

Description

Displays the description of the voice work flow.

Note: This is an editable field.

The following table describes the Workflow Activity Association panel of the Voice Work Flow Details dialog box:

Field Description
Activity Group ID

Displays the identifier of the activity group that is associated with the voice work flow.

Activity Code

Displays the identifier of the activity code for the corresponding activity group.
