Configure the Voice Application Instance

Configure the Voice Application Instance in the Voice Application Details dialog box.

Before you begin

To open the Voice Application Details dialog box, perform the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Launch the Applications Manager. From the menu bar, navigate to Applications > Warehouse Management.
  2. From the tree in the application rules side panel, click More or double-click Task Management.
  3. The tree is expanded. Click More adjacent to Voice Integration, and double-click Voice Applications.
  4. The Voice Applications panel is displayed. From the list that is displayed in this panel, double-click the voice application for which you want to create an instance.
  5. The Voice Application Details dialog box is displayed. Click the Voice Application Instance tab.
  6. In the Voice Application Instance panel, click Create New.
  7. The Voice Application Instance Details dialog box is displayed. Configure the Voice Application Instance by specifying the values for following parameters provided under the Integration Attributes panel:
    • SecurityPolicy=CALLBACK
    • VoxwareServer= http://<VLP hostname>:<VLP portnumber>/ngv/workflow/wmsrequest
