All the users of VoxStudio, VoxConnect, and VoxConsole, which are a part of the VoiceLogistics Pro suit of tools, must, along with the workers in a warehouse, be defined as VLP users. Users can be associated with applications, customers, shifts, work types, and work places.
A user must be assigned a role in order to determine the level of access to the application. By default, VLP provides the following user roles - Administrator, Supervisor, and User. You can create a user, search for a user, edit information pertaining to a user, and assign a user to an application workflow. Every workflow has its own set of grammar definitions. Therefore, a new user assigned to a workflow must be trained in grammar definition.
A worker must be added and configured as a user in the VoxConsole before being able to perform voice training, which allows VoxConsole to adapt to a user's voice and speech pattern.
Voice personalization adapts a user's speech pattern by carrying out voice training with sample phrases which that user uses when performing a task. Users speak naturally as they would to another person without significant pauses between words. During voice training, users speak at a conversational volume level and speed.
