You can monitor the status of colony synchronizations. From the menu bar, choose System > Dashboard. The Dashboard screen displays.
The Process Status List panel displays the process Id, process name, status, and date of each synchronization process that was executed, enabling you to monitor the status of synchronizations. A synchronization process can have a status of ACTIVE, SUCCESS, or FAILED. Click the Refresh button to refresh the screen. Click the Auto Refresh button to have the system automatically refresh the screen on a regular basis. When you click the Auto Refresh button, it also prevents you from being automatically logged off the system after a specified period of inactivity.
An additional panel contains the following tabs from which you can view more details about a synchronization process and download applicable data, logs, or scripts: View Synchronization Data, View Logs, and View Scripts
To view details about a synchronization process, select a process from the Process Status List and then select the applicable tab for additional details about the process.

Process Id | Displays the process Id of each colony being synchronized. |
Process Name | Displays the process name of each colony being synchronized. |
Status | Displays the status of each colony being synchronized. The status can be either ACTIVE, SUCCESS, or FAILED. |
Date | Displays the date when the colony synchronization was initiated. |
View Synchronization Data tab | Displays synchronization data for the selected process Id. If the synchronization fails, click the Download Synchronization button to download the data and submit it to a database administrator for analysis and processing of required changes to the database server. |
View Logs tab | Displays the log file for the selected process Id. If the synchronization fails, you may want to click the Download Logs button to download the data and analyze where the failure occurred. |
View Scripts tab | Displays the Dbverify scripts for the selected process Id. If the synchronization fails and you do not have the required permissions to access the database, click the Download Scripts button to download the scripts and submit them to a database administrator for analysis and processing of required changes to the database server. |
