A repository is a logical collection of entities that define
a given business process.
Transactions
Every base process type has a set of base transactions
defined for it. A transaction is a logical unit of work that is necessary
for performing activity within Sterling Order Management.
Conditions
A condition matches document type attributes against decision
points and routes the document to the appropriate path based on the
specified attribute and value combinations.
Actions
An action is a process or program that is triggered by
an event. These processes and programs send alert notifications and
automatically resolve issues.
Services
Services define the business process flow between Sterling Order Management and
