You can create a data security group.
To create a data security group:

Default Enterprise Access | Select Default Enterprise Access to restrict users who belong to this data security group to be able to only view the Enterprises belonging to the default Enterprise access list. |
Restrict Access To A Specific List Of Enterprises | Select Restrict Access To A Specific List Of Enterprises if
you want to create a list of Enterprises that users associated to
the data security group can view. Choose the Create New icon from the Accessible Enterprises table and search for the applicable Enterprises in the Organization Search pop-up window. Choose the Create New icon to add an Enterprise. Choose the Delete icon to remove an Enterprise from the Accessible Enterprises list. Note: The
restricted list always includes the primary Enterprise of the organization
you are configuring the data security group for.

Document Types | |
Default Document Type Access | Select Default Document Type Access to allow this data security group to only be able to view the document types belonging to the default access list. The default access list is based on the document types associated with a particular business application. |
Restrict List To A Specific List Of Document Types | Select Restrict List To A Specific List Of Document Types if
you want to specifically determine the document types the data security
group has access to. When you select this option select the business application whose associated document types you want to set access rights to from Applications. Then select if you want to allow Access To All Document Types For This Application or Restrict Access To A Specific List Of Document Types. If you select the latter, the Accessible Document Types table displays displaying all of the accessible document types available for the business application. Select the Accessible check boxes for the applicable document types. |
Ship Node | |
All Nodes | Select All Nodes to allow this data security group to access
all ship nodes participating in the organization of the configured
Data Security groups organization. Note: The
HUB User (Organization = DEFAULT) has access to all the ship nodes.

User's Ship Node | Select User's Ship Node to allow this data security group to access only the ship node to which the user belongs. |
Restrict Access To Specific Nodes | Select Restrict Access To Specific Nodes if you want to create
a list of ship nodes that users associated to the data security group
can view. Choose the Create New icon from the Accessible ShipNode table and search for the applicable ship nodes in the Node Search pop-up window. Choose the Create New icon to add a ship node. Choose the Delete icon to remove a ship node from the Accessible ShipNode list. |
