The Text Translator uses XSD files, a type of XML file, to convert flat files to and from XML format. Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation supplies four XSDs—two XSDs for data coming in from positional and delimited files and two XSDs for data from Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation to convert to positional and delimited flat files.
These files follow the standards defined by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).
All four XSD files are designed specifically to correspond with the Sterling Selling and Fulfillment Foundation APIs, and so they cannot be modified. However, you do need to refer to the XSDs when defining and implementing schema files.
