User-Recorded Billing Activity Codes for Inbound Process

IBM® Sterling Warehouse Management System also enables you to create additional billing activity codes and associate them with billing activities that are recorded as a part of the Inbound process. The following figure displays an example of some manually recorded billing activity codes for the Inbound Process.

Activity Name Description
Receiving QC This activity is recorded manually whenever any item requires quality checking in the warehouse.
Return Order This activity is recorded manually whenever any order is returned to the warehouse.
Return Piece This activity is recorded manually whenever any item is returned to the warehouse.
Recovery Exchange Order This activity is recorded manually for the exchange order.
Recovery Exchange Piece This activity is recorded manually for the exchange item.
Advanced Exchange Order This activity is recorded manually for the advanced exchange order.
Advanced Exchange Piece This activity is recorded manually for the advanced exchange item.
Movements in WorkHouse This activity is recorded manually whenever any shipment is moved from one location to other in the warehouse.
