In order to execute workflows, VoiceLogistics Pro (VLP) must possess certain details about the Sterling Warehouse Management System configuration, for example, the warehouse, the locations and zones, the users of the warehouse, and the equipments being used. This chapter describes the steps involved in synchronizing data between the Sterling Warehouse Management System and its associated voice instance.
The configuration data is transferred from the Sterling Warehouse Management System to VLP using XML files. Both the Sterling Warehouse Management System and the corresponding VLP instances must have access to the common folder containing these XML files.
