Manage customer pickup verification criteria
A store associate must use a verification criterion to
authenticate customers during customer pickup in a store. Using the Sterling Business Center,
you can add, modify, and delete customer verification criteria. You
can configure the customer pickup verification criteria only at the
enterprise level.
Manage customer pickup shortage resolutions
A store associate must select a customer pickup shortage
resolution when there is a shortage of products during customer
pickup. Using the Sterling Business Center,
you can add, modify, and delete shortage resolutions for customer
pickup process. You can configure customer pick shortage resolutions
only at the enterprise level. By default,"Inventory Shortage",
"Cancel", and "Pickup Later" shortage resolutions are available.
