ITEMID | Enter the identifier of the item. This is a mandatory field. The master data upload will fail if you do not provide a value in this field. |
UOM | Enter the unit of measure of the item. |
SUBCATORG | Enter the name of the sub-catalog organization that maintains the item definition. |
RECORDID (ITMRID2) | Indicates the identifier of the record for primary information of the item. Do not modify the order of this field in the master data file. When adding a new row, you must copy the value in this column to the new row. Any row that does not contain the RECORDID value will be considered as an invalid record and this record will not be processed. |
DESCRIPTION | Enter the description of the item, for example, Brazil Jersey. |
EFFECTIVESTARTDATE | Enter the date on which the item is available for order creation. |
EFFECTIVEENDDATE | Enter the date until which the item is available for order creation. |
MANUFACTURERITEM | Enter the identifier used by the manufacturer to identify an item. |
MANUFACTURERNAME | Enter the name of the manufacturer of the item. |
TAXABLEFLAG | Specify whether the item is taxable or not. The valid values are Y and N. |
UNIT COST | Enter the cost of a single item. |
IMAGEID | Enter the filename of the image, for example,
braziljersey.jpg. This attribute is used to display the preview of
the item image in the Item Details screen in Sterling Business Center.
Ensure that the value of IMAGEID does not exceed 24 characters. Additionally, the value of IMAGEID can contain the relative file path only if the file path does not exceed 24 characters. |
IMAGELABEL | Enter the name of the image that is displayed in the Sterling Business Center user interface. This attribute is used to display the preview of the item image in the Item Details screen in Sterling Business Center. |
IMAGELOCATION | Enter the URL of the image server. This attribute is used to display the preview of the item image in the Item Details screen in Sterling Business Center. |
DEFPC | Enter the default product class of the item. |
EXTDESC | Enter the extended multiple-line description of the item. |
ISMODEL | Specify whether the item has variations (model item). The valid values are Y and N. An item with variations represents a group of items with a similar set of attributes. |
ISPICKUP | Specify whether the pick delivery method is allowed for the item. The valid values are Y and N. The default value is N. |
ISSHIP | Specify whether the ship delivery method is allowed for this item. The valid values are Y and N. the default value: is N. |
ISVALID | Specify whether the item is valid. The valid values are Y and N. |
KITCODE | Specify the kit code for this item. The allowed
values and their descriptions are as follows:

MAXORDQTY | Enter the maximum order quantity. |
MINORDQTY | Enter the minimum order quantity. |
SHORTDESC | Enter the short description of the item. |
BUNDLESTRAT | Specify the bundle pricing strategy, that is,

attributes of the item. Do not modify the order of this field in the
master data file. When adding a new row, you must copy the value in
this column to the new row. Any row that does not contain the RECORDID
value will be considered as an invalid record and this record will
not be processed. You can add multiple additional attributes to the ITMRID5 record in the master data file. You can provide these recurring values in the master data file by copying the recurring group (ITMRID5 and its corresponding fields) one after the other in the master data file. The ITMRID5 recurring group includes ATTRIBUTEDOMAINID, ATTRIBUTEGROUPID, NAME, and VALUE fields. |

You can provide these recurring values in the master data file by copying the recurring group (ITMRID6 and its corresponding fields) one after the other in the master data file. The ITMRID6 recurring group includes ASSETID, ASSETTYPE, ASSETLABEL, DESCRIPTION, CONTENTID, and CONTENTLOCATION fields. |
