Troubleshooting Tip: An error message "YFC0101 Lock timeout detected by the database" infrequently appears in the Sterling Warehouse Management System console when it attempts to suggest the next task to users after they deposit the previously picked item. This issue is found for Sterling Warehouse Management System on the SQL Server database only. When Sterling Warehouse Management System attempts to get a record from the YFS_USER_AISLE table with a NO WAIT UPDATE LOCK and then update the user's details before suggesting a task to the user. This error occurs in cases when the same record is locked already. To resolve this error, press the Function Key F10 on the mobile terminal to go back to the menu and then select the same menu item again.
