Perform the following steps to delete the integration attributes
of a voice application instance:
Procedure
- Launch the Applications Manager. From the menu bar, navigate
to Applications > Warehouse Management.
- From the tree in the application rules side panel, click More or
double-click Task Management.
- The tree is expanded. Click More adjacent Voice
Integration, and double-click Voice Applications.
- The Voice Applications panel is displayed. Double-click
the voice application that contains the instance whose integration
attributes you want to delete.
- The Voice Application Details dialog box is displayed.
Click the Voice Application Instance tab.
- The Voice Application Instance panel is displayed. Double-click
the instance for which you want to delete the integration attributes.
- The Voice Application Instance Details dialog box is displayed.
Select the integration attribute that you want to delete, and click Delete.
- A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Select OK to confirm
the deletion of the integration attribute, and click Save.
Note: System-defined attributes cannot be deleted by a user.
Only the attributes defined by the user can be deleted.
