Troubleshooting: reasons or notes code not displayed inSterling Field Sales

Problem

If any modifications or additions are made to the reasons or the notes code in the channel application manager or the Sterling Business Center application, then it may not be reflected in the Sterling Field Sales application session that is currently in use. For example, if a new opportunity reason is added in Sterling Business Center, and if you are searching for the newly created opportunity reason in the current session of the Sterling Field Sales application, you may not be able to find the opportunity reason.

Solution

It is recommended that you restart the session to view all the changes that are made to the reasons or the notes code that are used in the Sterling Field Sales application.
