Delete a Voice Workflow

Before you begin

Perform the following steps to delete a voice workflow:

Procedure

  1. Launch the Applications Manager. From the menu bar, navigate to Applications > Warehouse Management.
  2. From the tree in the application rules side panel, click More or double-click Task Management.
  3. The tree is expanded. Click More adjacent Voice Integration, and double-click Voice Applications.
  4. The Voice Applications panel is displayed. Double-click the voice application that contains the voice work flow you want to delete.
  5. The Voice Application Details dialog box is displayed. Click the Voice Work Flow tab.
  6. The Voice Work Flow panel is displayed. Select the voice work flow that you want to delete, and click Delete.
  7. A confirmation dialog box is displayed. Select OK confirm the deletion of the voice workflow.
