* Installation instructions:
*
*   1) Download the files(s) in binary to your computer.
*
*   2) Stop Communications Manager.
*
*   3) Make a backup copy of the file below:
*       cmlib\dll\cmconfig.dll
*
*   4) Create a TEMP Directory
*
*   5) Execute the JR08971.EXE and place the NEW CMCONFIG.DLL in the
*      CMLIB\DLL directory.
*
*   6) START Communications Manager to implement the new fix.
