THIS IS A NEW FUNCTION APAR TO PROVIDE CPI-C API SUPPORT IN
THE WIN-OS/2 ENVIRONMENT.                                  

This APAR fixtest includes two files:

 *.pak   ASCII file containing the problem description and installation
         instructions for the *.zip file
 *.zip   Binary file containing the executables for the APAR fixtest.
