步驟 1： 存取軟體及文件

步驟 2： 評估硬體及系統配置

IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 伺服器必須安裝於執行 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.5 (x86_64) 64 位元作業系統的電腦上。

伺服器電腦需要額外軟體。您可在 IBM Knowledge Center (www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSTNNL_2.5.1) 上找到需求的相關資訊。您可以驗證您的伺服器是否符合啟動程式應用程式的需求。針對正式作業環境，IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 解決方案區分為五個節點，其中每一個節點會提供解決方案的特定功能。 每一個節點必須安裝於個別電腦上，或不同於其他電腦的個別虛擬機器映像檔上。 對於示範環境，您可以在單一伺服器上安裝 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality。

您可以在已安裝 Microsoft Windows 7 或 Microsoft Windows 8 32 或 64 位元作業系統的電腦上安裝 Predictive Maintenance and Quality 用戶端元件。

步驟 3： 安裝 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality Server 元件

使用 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality Server 部署精靈來安裝及配置伺服器元件。

重要： 安裝處理程序期間，您會選取目標電腦。 選取每一個目標電腦來確定連線是否正確運作之後，按一下測試連線按鈕是重要的。

步驟 4： 安裝 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality Server 構件

使用 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 伺服器構件部署精靈來安裝及配置 Predictive Maintenance and Quality 伺服器構件。

安裝伺服器構件之後，登入 IBM InfoSphere® Master Data Management 管理主控台，並且匯入和配置內容檔案。
重要： 僅能使用 Microsoft Internet Explorer 瀏覽器來使用 IBM InfoSphere Master Data Manager。

步驟 5： 安裝 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 用戶端元件

使用 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 用戶端部署精靈，將用戶端安裝程式複製到執行 Microsoft Windows 作業系統的電腦上。然後，您必須針對想要安裝的每一個用戶端元件執行安裝程式。

安裝用戶端元件之後，請執行下列配置作業：

  • 將 Analytics 節點電腦的內容檔案複製到您的 Microsoft Windows 用戶端電腦。
  • 將 Master Data 節點電腦的內容檔案複製到您的 Microsoft Windows 用戶端電腦。
  • 將伺服器連線資訊新增至 IBM SPSS® Collaboration and Deployment Services 部署管理程式。
  • 將使用者和群組新增至 IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services 部署管理程式。
  • 匯入 IBM SPSS Collaboration and Deployment Services 部署管理程式中的資源檔。

步驟 6： 設定 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 的範例
