步骤 2： 评估硬件和系统配置

IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality Server 组件必须安装在运行 Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server 6.5 (x86_64) 64 位操作系统的计算机上。

服务器计算机上需要有额外的软件。可在 IBM Knowledge Center (www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/SSTNNL_2.5.1) 上查找有关需求的信息。您可以从启动板应用程序验证服务器是否满足需求。对于生产环境，IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 解决方案划分为 5 个节点，其中每个节点提供解决方案的特定功能。每个节点必须安装在独立的计算机上，或者与其他节点分别安装在不同的虚拟机器映像上。对于演示环境，可以在单台服务器上安装 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality。

可以将 Predictive Maintenance and Quality 客户机组件安装在已经安装 Microsoft Windows 7 或 Microsoft Windows 8 32 或 64 位操作系统的计算机上。

步骤 3： 安装 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 服务器组件

使用 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality Server 部署向导可安装和配置服务器组件。

安装服务器工件后，登录 IBM InfoSphere® Master Data Management 管理控制台，并导入和配置内容文件。
要点： IBM InfoSphere Master Data Manager 仅可以与 Microsoft Internet Explorer 浏览器搭配使用。

步骤 5： 安装 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 客户机组件

使用 IBM Predictive Maintenance and Quality 客户机部署向导可将客户机安装程序复制到运行 Microsoft Windows 操作系统的计算机上。然后，您必须针对要安装的每个客户机组件运行安装程序。

安装客户机组件后，请执行以下配置任务：

  • 将内容文件从 Analytics 节点计算机复制到您的 Microsoft Windows 客户端计算机。
  • 将内容文件从 Master Data 节点计算机复制到您的 Microsoft Windows 客户端计算机。
  • 将服务器连接信息添加到 IBM SPSS® Collaboration and Deployment Services Deployment Manager。
