 This section contains the Software Advantage order forms. One must be completed for each transaction you fulfill and returned to IBM no later than the 10th day of the following month.

 The Software Advantage Remarketer Training Guide is designed to better acquaint remarketers with the Software Advantage offering. The presentation can be used for self training or as an aid for use with others.



Software Advantage cross-platform upgrade protection exchange option

 This section contains a matrix of Software Advantage part numbers that participate in the cross-platform upgrade protection exchange option. Customers must have upgrade protection on the product from which upgrade protection is being transferred. To exchange the product, the customer must have the current release / version for which an exchange is being requested.

Software Advantage upgrade protection with support forms for MQSeries

 This section contains the Supplement and Entitlement forms for MQSeries upgrade protection with support. Completed forms are required to enroll Software Advantage customers in the MQSeries v5.0 upgrade protection with support option (available only in the US). Completed forms are to be faxed to the support location mentioned on the form.
