Other options

activate caching proxy fix

If the transfer speed starts with incredible high values and breaks down after a few seconds, and the transfer does retry because of transfer failures after a few minutes, try to use the caching proxy fix.

This fix is not working with the ftp server testcase.boulder.ibm.com. It opens an additional ftp session per thread. On the other hand, some firewalls do limit the number of connections. In this case you may notice decrease of transfer threads after the transfer of the first few data slices.

Recommendation: use this switch only in case of transfer problems
