The Performance Assessment Includes:
- An initial phone conference to understand current workload, concerns and environment
- Basic instruction on installation and use of the software tools to collect necessary data from your system
- An analysis of data collected by the iDoctor tools
- Creation of a final report that includes a detailed description of IBM's findings
- A final teleconference will be conducted between IBM and your designated technical lead to review the final report and any recommendations.
- IBM will remove the iDoctor software from your system at the conclusion of this engagement unless you decide to purchase the software.
