   Paragraph 2.  Permanently apply any temporarily applied LIC PTFs on          
   your partition before applying this PTF.                                     
                                                                                
   Paragraph 3.  This PTF must be permanently applied.                          
                                                                                
   Paragraph 4.  Please also load and apply the latest superseding PTF (if      
   any) of Distribution Requisite (DISTREQ) SI84177 to ensure required          
   fixes associated with this Technology Refresh PTF are also applied.
