Enhanced makefile editing support

A new Remote Makefile Editorr has been added to support editing of makefiles. The Remote Makefile Editor provides syntax highlighting, content assist, and an outline view to easily create and understand makefiles. You can customize the Remote Makefile Editor features using the new editor preference page.
