The following problems has been fixed with wf31a1up.tar.gz:

1.Access violation in server when checking in workitem.
2.problem during checkout: CHECKOUT_NOT_POSSIBLE
3.activity restarts twice upon failing exit condition and a data is 
  mapped from output to the input container of the activity
4.Instance descriptions are not set properly
5.Missing files for which are needed for API compiles have been added


Installation
------------

Unpack the file wf31a1up.tar.gz using gzip and copy the *.a files to 
the /lib directory, *.bnd to /bnd directory, fmcjcrun.h and fmcipprg.inl
to the /api directory. The remaining files should be copied to the /bin
directory.
