Tuscany IDE Windows 2000 Beta 3 Fix

This package contains fixes for the IBM Visualge C++ Version 4.0 product
for Windows.  It is intended for use by licenced users
of the product which are trying to execute on Windows 2000(beta 3).

This package replaces 3 dlls.

Please backup the original dlls in case there is a problem with
this fixpack during installation or execution.

1.  cd to the directory where the VAC++ version 4.0 product was installed:
    example: d:\ibmcppw4

2.  cd to the bin directory
    cd bin

3.  rename the 3 original dlls.
    ren cppzb35i.dll cppzb35i.897
    ren cppzd35i.dll cppzd35i.897
    ren cppzu35i.dll cppzu35i.897

4.  copy the 3 new dlls from this IDE fix zip file into the bin directory.
    Change directory and drive to where the zip file was unzipped.
    c:\>t:
    t:\>cd \temp
    t:\temp>  copy cppzb35i.dll d:\ibmcppw4\bin
    t:\temp>  copy cppzd35i.dll d:\ibmcppw4\bin
    t:\temp>  copy cppzu35i.dll d:\ibmcppw4\bin


The installation in now complete.

The code included in this package has undergone only minimal testing.
IBM advises users to install this package only if they have experienced
a problem running the IDE on Windows 2000 (beta 3).
