Tempfix for installing CTC305 on WARP4.0 (Merlin)
-------------------------------------------------

1.Copy the files vacpp.pkg (146963 bytes) and full.pkg (93168 bytes) to the   
  root directory containing the CTC305 fixpak, replacing the existing files  
  with the same names.
                                              
2.Ensure that IBMCPP\LOCALE is head of all other *\LOCALE directories
  within your LOCPATH statement. A reboot is required if you made changes 
  to your LOCPATH.        
                                                                               
3.Run service.exe, as usual.
