Read me for WorkFrame temporary fix

This temporary fix fixes the problem where the WorkFrame How do I help is not
available from the tool bar or the help menu when running on OS/2 Warp 4
(Merlin).

You must have CSD CTW303 (VisualAge C++ FixPak 6) installed on your machine
before applying this fix.  This fix will be no longer required once any future
WorkFrame FixPaks become available.

To install this fix, follow these instructions:

1.  Create a directory WFFIX on your favourite local drive (eg. x).  You will
    need 1.2 MB of free space on this drive.

2.  Unzip this file into x:\WFFIX.

3.  Modify your CONFIG.SYS file to put x:\WFFIX ahead of IBMCPP\DLL in your
    LIBPATH statement.

4.  Reboot your machine.  The fix will then be in effect.
