VisualAge ObjectExtender file in: rootlf1.st

Problem description: 
If you map a hierarchy with root/leaf inheritance, you may receive
a walkback on inserting or updating an instance.  The walkback will
indicate an index out of range error inserting the discriminator
into the data for a leaf table.
