pq26434 AbtMessagePrompterr does not come to the front when parent window is clicked on

Affected Features:

Base Smalltalk

Prerequisites:

v4.5a, APAR PQ26432 for base smalltalk.

Symptom:

When you open an AbtMessagePrompter, and then cover the prompter with another application's 
window (ie. Word or Lotus), and then click on the parent window, the parent window comes to the 
front, but the messagePrompter does not.

Workaround:

Open a workspace on pq26434.st and file in the code. 
Note:  You'll need to open with the prompterStyle as  XmPRIMARYAPPLICATIONMODAL.
