pq26432 CwMessagePrompter does not come to the front when its parent does

Prerequisites:

v4.5a

Symptom:

A CwMessagePrompter opened for a window, that is subsequently covered by another
application's window, does not come to the front when the parent window is clicked on.

Workaround:

Open a workspace on pq26432.st and file in the code. 
Note:  You'll need to open with the prompterStyle as  XmPRIMARYAPPLICATIONMODAL.
