Prerequisites:

        None.

Symptom:

      When running a Brazilian Portuguese image with DDE
loaded, the following messages are displayed at startup:

Erro de NLS 1000 carregando dicionßrio para ambiente ('portuguese' 'brazil'
'ibm-850') a partir do arquivo 'dde.cat': Locale not supported.
Erro de NLS 1000 carregando dicionßrio para ambiente ('portuguese' 'brazil'
'ibm-850') a partir do arquivo 'ddeswin.cat': Locale not support

Solution:

Replace the .cat files from pq25895.zip into the mpr directory and from the Transcript
select ->Tools ->NLS ->Rebind Image Strings
