pq24831 - Can not tab in an OLE automation object

Symptom:

   After creating an OLE automation object with several text fields, I placed the 
   cursor in the first field by clicking my mouse there. With the cursor in the first
   text field, I try tabbing to the next field and the cursor disappears

Solution:

Open a workspace on file pq24831.st and file in the patch.
